Big O Tires

I could have rated everything higher if the flat repair took less time. I was told an hour possibly less and it took over 1-1/4 hours making me late for a doctor appt.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. This store does all my work on vehicles

About a week & half i had my oil changed, they told me about air/ cabin filters need changing ,. THEY DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE BAT. , IT WAS SO CORRODED ON HOT SIDE , SO CAR WOULD NOT START YESTERDAY. I FIXED. NOT HAPPY NOT BEING TOLD GEORGE MAY

Went there last week and was definitely happy with my experience. Couldn't have picked a better place.

took truck in,because pullingto right. they told me that i needed shocks,struts, andtires, plus front end alignment so i had the store do all the above, to the tune of $1,567. I left store and drove truck, still pulled to the right, not happy. took back and they tried. drove truck and vibration on steering wheel,took back to and they balanced all tires. drove truck,still pulls to right,and vibration on steering wheel. took back. they told me, they found one of the new tires was bad. they put on new tire and balanced all tires and aligned front end again. all is well now. I still have doubt as to weather or not i needed all the stuff they told me was bad? You tell me ???

We are leaving on a 2300 mile trip in our RV. Steve and Jeff helped us find the right tires, not the most expensive. They also helped with my Doge Ram to make sure we would travel safe. When we come back to Arizona, we will be back for there outstanding customer service. Thanks

I went in for new tyres last Thursday and had to go back as the steering wheel was shaking. they rotated the tyres which took care of the problem. I noticed there today I am missing one lug nut off the R/H back wheel. So I will be back in when I get a chance.

Fix my car faster than I expected and correct. Been a customer for a long time and will always use them, even when we move across the country.

Quoted prices on parts and labor seem a little high for this store .. love the people who work here very helpful and kind but prices are just a little to high especially for someone who brings all his vehicles to this store and only this store ... I can tell when my vehicles gets done that what I'm quoted for labor is too high . Help the people with these small things/quick work for a better price and I'll hopefully see you next time

Steve and Doug and all the team at Crismon Road location in Mesa have been terrific. I am a single woman without any car savy and I have come to trust this team. I have been going to Big O for all my car needs for 4 years. As long as this group of staff stay here...I will keep coming back.

Spend more time on the requested service then trying to upsell for services not needed.

I have a long history with Big O Tire dating back to 1998 in the Arizona marketplace. The Crismon Road Store runs like a machine thanks to the longtime GM, Craig "Grampa" Secia. Great job getting me in and out with 4 new tires and 4 wheel alignment on my new Cadillac. Thanks to your entire staff!

I was there early before 7 am to get oil change on our sonata. They got the car in fast and Service was very quick. I drove the sonata to work Monday morning since my wife was home not feeling well. She noticed on the garage floor where the sonata was parked since the oil change, a lot of oil covering the floor and texted me pictures at work. I stopped by your shop Monday after work before they closed at 6 pm. Same advisor that checked me out saturday was there and I showed the pictures of the leak. They checked it out again and found the drain plug gasket had broke, and not sealed completely causing the leak. They did replace it and do a quick oil change again. I do feel the effort on saturday was too quick and when they replaced the drain plug, it was too fast, causing the gasket to not seal properly and they did not check their work like they should have.

Took forever wasn't offered any lower price when I called was given options but in store no options just the most expensive .. told person needed most inexpensive didn't care

We were treated well, and serviced in a timely manner. However the balancing was terrible on the truck. Could not get above 65 miles an hour without rattling like crazy. Had to stop in FlaggStaff and have all 6 rebalanced. They did a great job.

I got my oil changed for a great price for synthetic oil but the manager assured me that the tires were rotated but we're in fact not touched.Same right rear was still in the same place.Dude didn't have to outright lie about it.

About six months I went to Big O and thought I needed a wheel alignment.I was told it was not required and the tech explained it was most likely the crown in the roads, so I took him at his word.I have never had that explained to me before and I believe it to be true.I came back a few months ago for a radiator flush and last week I had the transmission flush.I appreciate the service very much.
