Big O Tires

I brought my wife's car in to have a tire repaired. We had picked up a nail somewhere and there was a slow leak in the left front tire. They repaired the tire promptly and didn't charge me anything for this service.

I came in to get a price to put new tires on my truck, Chris measured the remaining tread depth and said I didn't need new ones yet. I appreciate his honesty, and I will, for sure, come back to this location when I do need them.

Not to mention that awesome new tire feel when driving and the fact that with the astronomical price of gas being what it is and bad tires burns it up faster. All in all great experience and will. Was close to where I live. And had used Big O for years to change my oil. And they sent me a coupon and I used it.

Everyone was friendly and contacted me with any updates as well as letting me know when my car was done. Love this location and the service. I'm glad they didn't come to my car to greet me but as soon as I walked in the door, I was asked "have you already been helped".

SOOOO glad Chris is back at this location!! Now we are 100% sure our 5 vehicles are in great hands. The overall atmosphere greatly improved with his return!!

Tire light was on and the employee put air in tires & determined that I needed repair on one of the tires and they fixed it within 20 minutes. Great service and employee was very helpful and friendly.
