My appointment was at 3:00, truck did not go in until 3:30, many people in shop not doing whole lot, as I watched from outside, My service came with an inspection, but none was given as I know there are a few issues with the vehicle. I purchased 4 tires for another car at a different date and purchased nitrogen and as I watched I had to stop them as they were putting air in not nitrogen. Just not a happy customer with this location

Had a great experience from my last. I got 4 new tires and The guys completed the job on time. Alignment job was on point. Will continue to make this location my go to place. Thank you for improvements!!!

We phoned in advance to see if there would be much of a wait and were told "no", it wasn't that busy. We brought the vehicle in for a rotation of our Big O tires and it was much busier, apparently. The vehicle didn't get in for quite some time and we kept an eye on it. When the rotation was complete, the vehicle was moved out into the parking area and sat there for over 20 minutes with no action to return it to us. We attempted to find someone at either desk for some time. One fellow was busy for about 15 minutes with one customer and then left and a second fellow was attempting to do customer service. A business customer had been waiting to pick up a load of tires with little response. We asked what the status was of our vehicle and the fellow at the desk looked at a plastic-covered work order which contained our keys and said it was ready to go, so apparently no one had attempted to advise us. It seemed to us that the front-end staff were too busy or engaged in other tasks to alert us that our vehicle had been ready for some time. This is the first time we've had any service here that was any less than we've come to expect.

I was quoted $200 more for a service than my mechanic would charge. Most of that was not parts but the 3 hours they said it would cost to replace the parts. Also I called earlier in the week to get an estimate of cost for the oil change and I asked about making an appointment and was told that they don't make appointments but just come in around 8am. When I arrived I was immediately asked if I had an appointment which I responded with surprise and informed him that I was told you don't have appointments. The gentleman that was helping me was disinterested in my concern and just ignored the issue.

I'm very happy with everything at my Big O; I'm never pushed into doing anything on the truck; but am told when something needs done; the guys always make sure I get done what is needed; everyone is very friendly and helpful; the waiting room is clean as well as the area where you check in; I went to Discount tires and very unhappy with the customer service; they put tires on my truck and with-in a year and a half I had to have the tires replaced; they were bald ; I was told that that's what happens when I put so many miles on my car; the other tires had been on there for over 40K and were still in pretty good shape; I came back to Big O and got tires and have put nearly another 60 K on them and still in great shape; after less then two years; I won't leave Big O again;

I called in on Friday to get an estimate of how much it may cost to have my brakes done and made an appointment for the next day.I was told that the total cost per axle would be $159.99 and that it would only take 1 1/2 hours to complete the work.There was nothing off about my brakes, just that the pads needed to be replaced.I ended up paying $276 after all with a brake flush thrown in at no cost.Also that was after a $50 coupon sent to me through my Big O credit card which he said l couldn't use unless l opened an account.I asked him why would they send it to me with my statement if l couldn't use it so they used it.What really made me mad was that this was the cost the dealership would have charged me per axle but yet Big O wanted me to pay over $400 to begin with.That was totally ridiculous!!!!! I felt bad about the free brake flush but after having to sit there for 3 hours and watch them move my car from 1 lift to another and then another made me wonder what they were doing besides not working on my car!At 2 1/2 hours l started complaining because it was way over their estimated 1 1/2 hours that they had again wuoted to me when l arrived!Not to mention the excuse that they ordered the wrong brake pads for my car!!! Seriously think that l will take my car back to the dealership at least where l have never felt that l was being taken advantage of!

My tires were there when I arrived as promised . That means a lot when you live outside the valley and have to drive to get there . Steve was very helpfull in selecting tires for my 2nd vehicle as well .

Over all, I was very pleased with the service and employees of the store. While I was not greeted at the door, and had to wait about five minutes in an empty vestibule, the technician who came in was very good. He helped me apply for your credit card, and advised me of the cost of the tires I bought. He did NOT suggest any other services, though, and I ended up adding an oil change to the ticket because I saw there was a special going on. One small thing: You have an absolutely USELESS coffee maker in the waiting room. It was so hard to use and to figure out that I gave up on getting any coffee while I waited. I spent a full fifteen minutes on this machine trying to get it to brew me some coffee. VERY AGGRAVATING!! GET RID OF IT!! Your people have NOT been trained to suggest or to upsell! If I had known I could have gotten a $50 gift card for a $500, I might have increased my $460 bill...................................

THE STAFF WAS VERY EFFICENT AND COURTEOUS. THEY EXPLAINED THE MAITENANCE PROBLEM AND WHAT STEPS WERE NECESSARY TO FIX IT IN A WAY I UNDERSTOOD. Have purchased nothing but Big O for the past twenty years or so after a bad experience with another major brand. Have had very few problems but when I did they made it right. Just moved to this area and was pleased to find a store near by. Purchased four tires for my RV. The store was clean, the service fast and friendly.
