They left 3 valve capsloose and the fourth valve cap was cross threaded. And they had to be asked again to change the windshield wipers.

Was very pleased with the way they treated me. ....and took the time to explain everything to me

Oil was spilled on the engine and the radiator shroud and not properly cleaned up. This was not explained to me, nor that there would be a burnt oil smell. This should be explained to customers.

Came in with an engine light on. Asked to have it read and it called out an issue with the thermostat and I booked the work for the next day. Your rep called me with an estimate for the thermostat repair along with an issue with a pinging sound. This was an issue with the ejector pump. I was told it couldn't be fixed, but an oil change flush could make it better. Final issue was a burnt out bulb in me left turn signal. I gave authorization for all the work to be completed. I was called after the work was supposedly complete to come pick up my car. I asked how the flush worked. Your rep said he would check and we could talk when in picked up the car. When I picked up the car, Big O was completing a second flush trying to get better results. My thought is that the flush was not completed and this was the coverup story. After a wait, the flush was finished and I paid the bill and left. On my first left turn, I found that the bulb had not been changed. I was billed $40 for that bulb. I came back on Monday and the bulb was replaced. I questioned why I was billed $130 to check the original engine light issue that generated $600 billing for the correction. I struggled with that amount but move on. If this the first time for this type of work, I would give some leeway but in the last 2-3 years Big has paid me for an improper transmission flush the caused an issue while travelling, new tires that had the alignment done backwards resulting the steel belts showing when I came back from vacation, and then this spring, I got the monsoon special for my wipers. The right wiper blew apart in Illinois the first time I used them. The Firestone fix was that the wipers were different on the right from the left and this was missed by Big O. Help me out, why should I continue with Big O? How many other customers have these things happen and don't even know. Thanks for asking me to tell you about my experience.

Bradley was very kind to me and immediately greeted me. They were very understanding of my situation coming to Arizona as an out of state student from Alaska. Finding a job has been hard and working for lyft has been my main source of income. Thus, the health of my car is very important to me. I've been coming to Big O Tires for a few years since I started school at Northern Arizona University. Big thanks for taking care of the college students! Appreciate you guys so much :)

I come to this Big-O regularly because I live across the street. Every time I do my car comes back with dirty hand prints around the tires that were worked on and the door handles. I would appreciate if they would wipe that stuff off.

I have been visiting this Big-O location exclusively for years as the only shop for repair and maintenance on my vehicles. It isn't always perfect, but I am almost always pleased with the service. However, this last visit was a bit more frustrating than most. I dropped my Tacoma off at 12:30 for an oil change and alignment check (I purchased the 3-yr alignment package last year). At 3PM I received a call that it was done and ready for pick up. I got there at 4:45 allowing myself 45 minutes to get to an engagement I had at 5:30 a half hour away. As I left the lot I noticed a grinding noise as I turned my steering wheel. Come to find out, the front driver side tire was rubbing the front fender. Big-O then put the truck back up on the rack to re-check the alignment. Finally, almost an hour after arriving I was told the alignment had been corrected and it was ready to go. The explanation was that something was wrong with the machine and it had to be rebooted. I was told they would have someone out to recheck the equipment and make sure it was operating correctly. Now, not certain that it was operating correctly when my truck was aligned, I need to find time in my schedule again to go and have it re-checked. I write this to express my concern that I was the one who had to discover that something was wrong with my truck rather than the trained mechanics when the work was done. Any other consumer may have driven the poorly aligned vehicle and quickly ruined their tires. On top of this, I ended up being nearly 45 minutes late to my own birthday party on my birthday as a result of the unnecessary delays. I will continue to use Big-O, as I said in the beginning I have been pleased with the service and care over the years. I would just expect that in the future some quality control measure is in place to ensure that your mechanics are catching these significant equipment malfunctions and not your customers.

My battery died and they got me right in and took care of my problems and an oil change before I head out for my 5 week trip ; I could of gone to Walmart and probably spent less money but I like the Interstate batteries and the service at Big O is amazing. They know who I am and they make sure that I am taken care of each time I am in there; They also know I go to Sturgis for bike week and always ask how it was when I come in for my 3000 mile check when I return. I have never been unhappy with them. And as long as I am able to drive I will take my truck to Big O. {At 75 who knows how long . }

Went in for oil change. they found $1200 worth of work that "needed to be done right away". I declined, said I'd take it to my mechanic. They didn't reset the oil change indicator light like they were supposed to, left my glove box off the hinges and didn't put my wheel locks back in the bag I keep them in (and didn't leave the bag).

The service was exceptional they were very helpful at this location

Literally remind me to get my own parts . Your part prices are more than double that of a parts store and the customer only gets a 1 year warranty . I think this might be my last visit time to look elsewhere

I only gave 4 stars because the service writer did not offer to check my alignment. I had 4 tires installed and as a previous manager of both a Goodyear store and a Bridgestone/firestone store, I thought that it should have been an automatic action to suggest that service; especially since I told him that I had just bought the Jeep a week earlier. Missed opportunity on his part. He seemed more interested in selling me the TPMS rebuild kits even though the vehicle is only 11 months old; which I declined because the vehicle is only 11 months old.

Very good will come back for more than just tires

So they had my truck at there store for eight and a half hours just to put four new tires on. I was also told when I dropped it off in the morning that it was at the top of the list. Not to mention that when they called to tell me it was done and ready to pick up the alignment had not been completed that I had pre-paid for. So I had to wait another half an hour for that to be completed. All in all they had my truck for nine hours just for an alignment and new tires. I think the techs could also do a better job at cleaning there hands before moving your vehicle to the parking lot. Nothing like getting in and having grease, and or oil smears on your steering wheel, gear shifter, and door handles inside and outside. With all that said they do, do a good job at getting the work done right. Just not fast. If I had not asked about the alignment being done I would have paid for it and not performed. That is unacceptable. Either someone dropped the ball or they just didn't do it. Note to myself. Don't pre-pay in the future.

Service was great

When I walked in and told the person that I was getting an oil change and it was free due to coupon, he didn't seem happy so then proceeded once they had car up to want me to get new brakes, which I will, but not for $750. That is so outragious. You've tried to do this to my dad as well and it didn't go over well with him either. I get my tires from Big O, have for years, get all my oil changes with Big O and yet I feel like because I am a young girl Big O thinks they can take advantage of me. It gets old.
