Always great service, quick and friendly at the Crismon store.

Service was very good. the waiting area outside the store was filthy, cigarette buts, etc . Should be a butt can & small garbage can to keep small children from wanting to pick up this junk. There was a small child trying to do this. Everything else about the store was very good, thank you & I will go there again.

This visit was to trouble shoot why my front tires were bald after 7000 miles. It was determine that the alignment was not done properly. The tires were replaced and the alignment issue corrected at no fee to me. The team took care of me and put me back on the road. I appreciate the service.

I had a flat tire that morning when leaving for work and got aired to make it to the store to get it repaired. I had purchased the tires from the store on Power Rd so I wasn't in there computer for the road hazard warranty that they purchased, but they went through the extra effort to call them and verify my road hazard protection. Upon inspection the tire was not repairable due to the location of the hole so they replaced the tire under the warranty terms and got me on they way pretty quickly. Great experience so when its time for a new set of tires I will be back to purchase again.

Service as expected, with appointment an oil change and tire rotation took 1 hr 45 min.Too slow!

Services took almost there worst case scenario time. Sales staff was friendly.

The sensors on my tires went haywire and I wasn't sure of something was wrong with my wheels or just a glitch. They got me right in and had me squared away within the hour.

I was a walk in looking for a replacement of a tire that was damaged.They replaced the tire in about 1 1/2 hrs.

Went this week to get prepared for a vacation road trip.I feel very comfortable to stat on a 5000 mile trip thank to Big O.

The customer service inside was incredible. That said, while I was sitting outside, I watched the guy driving my car into the shop back into another employee driving another customers car. The employee driving my car felt horrible but the other employee acted like it wasn't a big deal and I shouldn't be mad. That baffles me. They didn't tell anyone inside that this incident happened so if I hadn't said anything, no one would have known. I think some training needs to be in place to prevent these things from happening. Customers are putting their trust in someone to take care of their belongings. My belongings weren't cared for like they should have been. Trust was completely lost.
