Big O Tires

Big o tire listened to the issue I had and fixed it fast.

Excellent service and repair.

They did a really great job. Even though there was a mishap. They worked really fast to get everything done. I'm very happy. And would definitely recommend them and return in future.

Every one is polite and they explain what they did or what needs to be done very happy with the service.

Service was very good. the waiting area outside the store was filthy, cigarette buts, etc . Should be a butt can & small garbage can to keep small children from wanting to pick up this junk. There was a small child trying to do this. Everything else about the store was very good, thank you & I will go there again.

Consistantly great group of people inside the store. Never an attitude about what services I need. I have been in the auto industry nearly 25 years on a professional level and they way they explain things they are doing even a person with zero experience could understand which is great!!!

I continue to have a re-occurring problem with oil changes. Either the tag in the corner of the windshield is not replaced or it is wrong. I told the booking rep to check it and he said they always did it as part of the process. Well, it was not updated so my next oil change is to be 12000 miles ago. I venture to say it has never been right. What might this lack of detail said for the other work done. terwise I continue to use Big O and recommend it to others.

Had four tires put on my 5th wheel that I had ordered a few weeks ago. The work was done in a timely manner. Chris, who I had dealt with when I purchased the tires, was very good. I can't remember the name of the tech who balanced the wheels/ replaced the tires, but he did a good job with the work and was personable.

One small oversight that the cover going over the throttle body was not reinstalled properly and could have fallen off. Luckily, I checked under the hood when I got home and it was an easy fix.

The gentlemen at this establishment makes it easy and straightforward to maintain your automobile. Very courteous, accomadating and spoke to me with clarity and respectfully. As a female I would recommend this store to any and all that want to be treated with respect.

Service is always consistently great but have a question on tire warranty, we were in because we had another flat tire we just were in 3 weeks before this for the same thing and same tire what I don't understand is why would we need to keep paying for the tire warranty especially when we just bought the warranty for the new tires we just put on.

The manager, Steve, treats his customers with respect. The service is always quick. Prices are reasonable. No one tries to 'talk you into' repairs you don't need.

Our old Jeep Liberty has cost us a lot lately and I appreciate the effort to keep my costs down.

Extensive front end work was done by Big O in Nevada and Colorado but my 2000 Tahoe Z71 was still pulling to the left (hands free and while braking). Doug, Mesa Az. Shop Manager, thoroughly explained/showed me why after spending $2300 and a total of 3 three days, another $1500 was necessary to complete the work correctly. He guaranteed me I would be satisfied with the handling of the Tahoe....he was sure right!!!! It handles like new, even with 169,000 driven miles and another 140,000 miles being towed behind my motorhome. Doug has renewed my faith in Big O!
