Staff is great at pointing out what is needed ir soon to be replaced. I always feel confident with their recommendations. I was in for my scheduled oil change and they brought to my attention two of my tires were defective and the sideds were splitting! Very scarry! I checked in having them replaced where I had originally purchesed them .... but why .... this was the second time they went bad. I then decided to have Big O tires replace them. The guys were great at Big O! Thanks guys.

I came in for a possible flat tire. We found two nails. The tire was damaged beyond repair. I have road hazard insurance on my tires. The tire was replaced at no cost for the tire. I had wrongly assumed that Road Hazard included the complete process - new tire from the tire company and installation from Big O. I was charged $41 for the mounting. I continue to get little surprises like this almost every time I go to Big O.

Great job figuring out tire wear. News chicks struts tires later I'm happy alignment still slightly off center but nought 3 yr alignment plan so I'll be back soon

Got my vehicle in and out in just over one hour for a 4 tire installation job at the price quoted over the phone. Well done!

Asked about "early bird" oil change special. Told that I needed a coupon printed. While waiting I reviewed the website on my phone. No mention of coupon needed online. The link at bottom for "terms and conditions" does not open. The customer service representative did agree to give the discount. Great experience.

I came in for a tire and wheel problem. Mr wright and crew got it fixed perfectly and called with what they found and again when it was ready.

Always reliable and upfront and prompt, know games. Also honest and they always stand behind there work.

Had no problems - except one minor one. Had 2 new tires put on my 5th wheel RV. Nice job but the tech. forgot to put valve caps on them.

I had a screw in a tire and it had gone flat. Pumped up the tire and took it into the dealership. In less than a hour I was on the road again. It is nice to have the dealership close so I can walk to and from the location.
