Big O Tires

My experience was good. Fair price and wait time was minimal.

We have always been very satisfied with the service provided by the fellas at the shop on Crismon.

This was the second time I have come to your facility for service. The first time wasn't so great the second time was much better. The person that helped me the second time was very professional and what I appreciated was that he knew how the Cars program worked which made my experience much more enjoyable. The first time that I was there the attendant had no idea what the cars program was or what to do and it was very frustrating. The gentlemen that helped on my last visit was very friendly knowledgeable and made it a pleasant experience and to be honest he is the reason I will be back because if my second experience hadn't gone as well I wouldn't be coming back. I feel that all your employees that will be helping the public should be trained on the cars program and what it is so they can make people feel comfortable that they know what they are doing. Thanks again to the gentlemen that helped me I wish I could remember his name because I feel he is a real asset to your team.

Just a minor glitch but was taken care of.

I was quoted a time when my service would be done and it was quite accurate. I was very satisfied with the service. I was just in for a flat tire repair and tire rotation

We had our oil changed this week at Big O off of Crismon and Baseline like we always do and again they took care of us above and beyond and what I love about Big O is they won't use scare tactics to sell you extra work, they will tell you what you need and if you want it done they will be more than happy to but if you don't they will finish what they are doing and send us on our way.(they will tell you if you should not be driving because it is dangerous)

I had a road hazard on my tire and wheel alignment was pulling to the right. Pete gave me very informative information regarding my low profile rims and tires.

The service was good and they even let me use a loaner to get other tasks done

Came in with a flat on a tire that I did not buy from Big O and they fixed it for free.

I was disappointed when I asked to have the wiper blades replaced and was told that I had not purchased the lifetime replacement package. I'm sure I did (but I can't find a receipt) and they have replaced them in the past at no charge and with no questions asked.

It was good as always but you pay a premium for it. I am coming to accept that. I continue to have trouble with next service sticker ion my wind shield. It is never right. This time I complained and the manager ended up writing it out by hand. $518 and the simplest thing doesn't work.

Was greeted at 6:55 AM. Was taken care of and out the door at 7:25 AM! Found a drill bit in the tire and was able to fix it. When I checked out the tech said it was on the house. Was happily surprised. This was a great experience being out of state! Thank you to the team at Big O Crismon!

Really appreciated that they took the time to isolate the tire that was causing the light to come on for tire pressure and recommend possible caused and not just to recommend purchasing new tires.

The place was clean but very warm inside. Please fix your AC!
