Gabe, I am always pleased with the service that i receive and feel that your pricing, in most cases are fair. My only suggestion is, that your service person not call out your name from the service desk.That he step to the lobby area.With the TV going and many times multipule conservations going on, you can't tell who he us calling.It's just polite. Thank you.

I went in to have a tire fixed, they were very professional and got me in quickly without an appt.I will use them for all of my car needs!

Called for appointment on same day. Guy said 1 or 2pm. I said 1pm. Ok. Showed up 1250. Guy said my appointment was at 1:30. No. Not true. Else service was as expected. Cleaner than last visit. I won't share the tire scam of confusion going on with the salesman and some poor woman who just wanted tires. After he said all the confusing things to her, changed tire brands and prices, she said put her old tires on and walked out. I'd have done the same.

I went to Big O Tires to see if they could help me with my leaky tire. The service was amazing. It was fast and everybody was very friendly. I will definitely use them again.

The team in this store has restored my confidence in your company. They have been very helpful and friendly and not too pushy about the other work needed for my vehicle.

Only issue I have is I have yet to receive my 50.00 for the tires I bought and the no interest on my card was said to be 12 months and I noticed I am being charged interest

I went in for an Oil change but they found I needed new tires and struts and shocks. Because the cost was so high he gave me an oil change for the VIP rate which was greatly appreciated. He tried to get me the credit card so I could pay it off over a year but for some reason I did not qualify. They said it would be done by 2 but then the parts people sent the wrong parts. They said they would call when it was done but they forgot to call and it was close to close time and the man on the phone called and asked if we were picking it up tonight. I said I did not know it was done so we hurried over and got there before they closed.

Came in with free service coupon. They did the service,and out the door . Some times free is not free at other places. Thank you

My experience was very good as it has been thus far, I am hoping to build a long term service team at Big O. Let see how it shakes out going forward. Thank you, Jeff

I use Big O every time our Honda Civic needs service maybe that's why our car has 160,000+ with only standard maintenance, the gentleman that helps us almost every time we are there went the extra mile for us on our brakes. THANK YOU!
