I was offered a free alignment that I wanted to do, but the stall was filled with another vehicle for service. I'd already waited about 30 minutes and did not want to wait longer. The potential delay should be communicated before waiting.

WELL THE WORK DONE ON MY CAR WAS GREAT I HAD TO BRING IT BACK THREE TIMES TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT AND ALL WAS TAKEN CARE OF BUT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON AND IS STILL ON AND I THOUGHT IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF WITH ALL WORK THAT I HAD DONE ON THE CARI NEVER GOT A REASON WHY THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON AND WAS ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS I HAD THE CAR IN FOR I PAID OVER 2.000 DOLLARS TO GET THINGS DONE BUT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STILL KEEPS COMING ON.IAM AFRAID TO DRIVE MY CAR CAN SOME ONE HELP ME AND GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF PLEASE.THANK YOU RALPH BECKER.NOT COMPLANING JUST WANT IT FIXED THANK YOU.RALPH BECKER.

Doug has always taken great care of us. He's very knowledgeable and honest and it's nice to know they do so much more than change oil and put tires on a vehicle.

Jeff Wright and Jared took very good care of the problem with my car. they both went out, above & beyond the "call of duty"!!! I have used Big O for years for tires........I guess I didn't realize they had all these other services. I will be LOYAL customer of this particular Big O for years to come! KUDO's to them!!!
