Big O Tires

I was extremely sastisfied with service and quality of the work.

I needed new windshield wipers and everyone was very kind and efficient. I was in and on my way home in 15 minutes----purchase and then they installed them!!!

We needed tires.We checked at the dealer only to find their sale wasn't really a sale at all (and the tires were not of good quality, check your ratings, folks).So we called Big O, discussed options, ordered the tires to be delivered the following day.Tires came in, they are great!We needed an alignment, which was supposed to have been done 6 months ago by someone else - interesting to see proof shown by Big O's diagnostics that it had never been done!The car now drives like a dream, the tires are great, the warranty that came with them, Big O's Tire/Service/Roadside Warranty, is such a comfort and an added value to the tire! We are so glad we went to Big O for our tires. Also, the service team was great.They listened, they were prompt and they made us feel like we made a great purchase, which, really, is an unexpected finale to the buying tires experience. Thank you, Big O!

I called with the tire I wanted. They had a decent price online. They said they could get the tire from a Goodyear warehouse and did. I was waited on promptly and they anticipated me. The tires were $420. The extra add-ins had me up to $620 which did not include an alignment or Nitrogen in the tires. Unfortunately, that is not unusual. Service was good, prompt and I got what I wanted. In that realm, they did a good job. Uh, replace the coffee maker in the lobby and put something else on the TV except reruns of movie trailers.

We went in to Big O Tires on Crismon because of a flat tire with a piece of metal stuck near the sidewall.I wasn't too happy when my Michelin tire with 15K miles on it couldn't be repaired.However, Steve provided my husband & I with great customer service & knowledgeable information.Steve had the tire we needed that afternoon & we were on our way.Another happy customer.Thank you!

My invoice says Chris Rissi, (kind of a big guy always at the service desk)... during the visits I have had to your location, he is very knowledgeable, always helpful, expediently processes clients' needs and I am out of there timely. Honestly, your waiting room gives me claustrophobia, but your mechanics and technicians are great, every time.
