Big O Tires

Service is always consistently great but have a question on tire warranty, we were in because we had another flat tire we just were in 3 weeks before this for the same thing and same tire what I don't understand is why would we need to keep paying for the tire warranty especially when we just bought the warranty for the new tires we just put on.

It's a small gesture but having an associate greet you by your first name makes a difference.....I like being a regular!

I have been going there ever since you opened and will continue to go there. I set an appointment for an oil change and to have the tires rotated on my truck. I dropped off my truck at the scheduled time. I usually get a call back when it's done but I never received a call. I tried calling 15 minutes before you closed but there was no answer. I went over there only to find out they never worked on my truck. They apologized and finally got to my truck about 15 minutes after closing. They did the oil change, but did not rotate the tires. I didn't get charged for the service, which I appreciate. Like I said before, I will continue to use you guys in the future. Just had this one hiccup. Over the years, my experience has been pretty good at your shop.

The manager, Steve, treats his customers with respect. The service is always quick. Prices are reasonable. No one tries to 'talk you into' repairs you don't need.

Had tires rotated and balanced and the balance job came out perfect. 35 inch tires on a jeep hard to get right?

Extensive front end work was done by Big O in Nevada and Colorado but my 2000 Tahoe Z71 was still pulling to the left (hands free and while braking). Doug, Mesa Az. Shop Manager, thoroughly explained/showed me why after spending $2300 and a total of 3 three days, another $1500 was necessary to complete the work correctly. He guaranteed me I would be satisfied with the handling of the Tahoe....he was sure right!!!! It handles like new, even with 169,000 driven miles and another 140,000 miles being towed behind my motorhome. Doug has renewed my faith in Big O!

Took my new used van in for general oil change. They pointed out front end alignment which I had noticed and forgot to tell them about. Only one thing I didn't care for was oil drips on engine cover and radiator shroud. OH WELL.

Always great service, quick and friendly at the Crismon store.

I used to bring my old vehicle in and everytime there was an issue whether it was my lug nuts being broken and nobody saying anything or my intake box being left wide open and nobody saying anything. I brought in my new vehicle this week and I had a much better experience from Brad

I had a flat tire that morning when leaving for work and got aired to make it to the store to get it repaired. I had purchased the tires from the store on Power Rd so I wasn't in there computer for the road hazard warranty that they purchased, but they went through the extra effort to call them and verify my road hazard protection. Upon inspection the tire was not repairable due to the location of the hole so they replaced the tire under the warranty terms and got me on they way pretty quickly. Great experience so when its time for a new set of tires I will be back to purchase again.

As you can tell from my rating customer service was excellent. We came in originally for a tire repair if possible & oil change. Got a call telling us we needed 4 shocks & 4 tires for $1,000. We had just purchased 2 new tires at the Big O in Show Low about 6 months ago so we said just 2 tires & shocks plus oil change so the bill was $746. A lot for us but did it anyway thanks to the Big O credit card deal. My husband is having health issues so couldn't come with me to pick our van up when it was done & I didn't notice how dirty all 4 tires were. He couldn't even tell which were the new ones. You might encourage your service men to clean them before sending the car out as complete. I know shocks are probable greasy but just a little more pride in their work would be good for business. The van did drive better with new shocks but true test will be when my husband can drive it. He's the man who knows!! Have a Happy 2017! Laurie McPhail

The sensors on my tires went haywire and I wasn't sure of something was wrong with my wheels or just a glitch. They got me right in and had me squared away within the hour.

Wait times are still a bit of a problem. With an appointment, I was there for about an hour and 15 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. I will say this though; customer service is top notch and worth the wait.

Was so happy with this store and with the man that helped me. I have 3 cars and will go back to this store to get my tires.
