Big O Tires

Staff was courteous and efficient. I told them what I was concerned about and was hesitant to purchase but they quoted me doable prices and expediency. I'm trying to keep going back to neighborhood businesses and I want to make my neighborhood Big O a place to go to.

The only place I will take my vehicles. Great service techs that don't try to rip you off.

We take our Civic there all the time for our regular service and have been treated professionally all the time and it is probably why we have over 100 thousand miles on our Civic with no problems.

I recent experience having struts and shocks , rotating tires and balancing them took way too long. I was there for around six hours which caused me to not being able to take care of business that had planned. I was NOT happy about the extent of time to do the job. I am very satisfied customer and will continue to do business with you. I have confidence in your work. Just wish you could give me a one time "finish time". instead of getting it changed four times.

I took my car there for the welcome to the neighborhood oil change.. And they did a great Job!

I went to two locations, one for a alignment in Phx. Then to the east Mesa location for a tire rotation. I use them for are Work fleet as well. I always have great service, I trust there staff, they're very professional, friendly and will recommend them to everyone. Thanks!

Great service overall however the battery sensor is on right when I got in my truck that wasn't on and I have tire sensors on the other tires going off now.

I have gone to this Big O TIre place in Mesa, Arizona for about 11 or 12 years now. They have done all the repairs I've needed on my 2001 PT Cruiser since I bought it in 2004. I have always had great service and if I thought there was a problem with something they've done, they've fixed it immediately sometimes even without charge. Great kind, courteous people working there. I will continue to bring my car to them as I feel that they do a great job every time. Thank you all that work there!

I went in for an oil change and they suggested more work.It was for real issues not for the product of the day.

Very good, I did not ask for nitrogen in the 2 new tires or the tire warranty which costs extra, I would of preferred to have been asked first, didn't know till I got home. Regardless I still give it 5 stars. The prices are good and their work is great, thanks
