Big O Tires

Everything was good. The only down fall was I told them to check one of my tires because of a slow leak. They filled it then few hours later it was low again. That was the only issue.

Mr Wright is a firm believer in good customer satisfaction.

Just went for an oil change. Most places tend to call and pressure you to get some things done but they didn't which was nice for once

Level of service met my expectations

Service was great. Happy with the product and overall experience. Only issue I had was dirty finger prints on door and seat. I have light colored interior.

Great service but I think I overpaid for it. In my whole life I have never [aid $224 for a battery

The managers at this store treat my like family. I trust them. They are honest with me. I appreciate their service.

Great customer service, every employee is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have always had to wait 1hour+ for each service even with appointments, which would be my only complaint . Every thing else is great!

I'm very happy with the tires and price that I paid. I recommendation was spot on and was happy that the sales person didn't try to sell me rims or other services. The only thing that kept me from grading everything a 5 was the wait time. Although I know an appointment might have made things run quicker, when I arrived the shop was not too busy and the sales person told me they would have me out of there in 1 to 1.5 hours, at the 2.5 hour mark they finally had my car on the alignment rack and told me my rear was out of alignment and would take only 10 minutes to square away. Almost and hour later I was paying my bill. I'm not sure if the mechanic doing the alignments is just slow or extremely meticulous, but I do believe only having one station for alignments and taking up to a hour for the job creates quite a bottleneck. Again, overall I'm very satisfied with the product, just believe the maintenance process could be streamlined for faster service.

My car was vibrating/shaking pretty bad at certain speeds but a bigO balance did the trick.

The service was just okay. Nothing good or baf to really leave a lasting impression.

I had my oil changed & Filters as well. they didn't have my particular filters in stock but apparently had them brought over from another store. didn't take too long so i was pleased with the over all service.
