A change was made to having women as the customer service reps since was last there.. Interesting move. They did a good job.

Overall my experience was good. But I do not like that they called to try to sell me on things that did not need to be fixed. My boyfriend is a mechanic and the items they told me needed to be fixed did not. I have always liked Big O Tires but I do not trust them after this experience.

Good morning, I filled out your survey last time I came in for an oil change on my truck and this last time was great. The service person knew the fleet service program and I really appreciate their knowledge of the program to take the hassle out of it for me. My visits to your facility get better every time I come in and I will continue to come back to your facility. I was also very impressed by how quick your team got my truck done. When I pulled in Saturday morning your parking lot was full and you were very busy which is a good problem to have I assumed my truck would be there all day to get an oil change done and much to my surprise I didn't even finish lunch before you had called telling me it was finished. Your team is doing a great job much better than my first couple of visits and I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thank you very much

Steve displayed his knowledge, took care of me in a professional manner , and got my tires installed in a very short time, Dropped my truck off, and went to the grocery store with wife to shop, and got the call my truck was ready while at the store.

Needed a repair of my 22" tire that got a huge nail in it on my 16yo daughter's first drive with her license.Took it in and they fixed and mounted the tire for me.Only problem with the experience is that I never received a call to let me know the job was complete.Waited all day until just before close and decided to call them and learned at that point that my truck had been ready.

It took 1 hour and 50 minutes to get an oil change and that was with an appointment.

I had damage to the sidewall of my tire. They replaced the tire with no problem. I had to pay for mounting and the road hazard charge. Also had to pay for a realignment charge.

Bradley is a great representative of your company, friendly and knowledgeable. We got a great price for our new tires, and the service techs did great as well. My only disappointment was that I wanted to pre-pay the entire purchase through your store on Crismon, but have the installation take place at a location more convenient for us. It was explained to me that we couldn't do that, even if it was another store owned by the same franchisee.

Saturdays are always busy, but as I was leaving the grocery store I noticed my tire was losing air. Stopped by and the team had my tires rotated, aligned and inspected in great time. My representative went out of his way to keep me informed of progress and I will continue to use this Big O location.

I have been coming to this location since it opened. I have always been treated great by the staff and have never been pressured into buying anything that I didn't need. This is why I continue to come back and have my car needs handled by this store and team. Thanks for the great service.

Very professional and done within the hour. This says a lot considering I showed up on a Saturday morning in need of new brake pads and rotors without an appointment.

Doug Floyd was great and he made sure everything was done. He is a great asset to your company
