Service was good and the recommendations were timely.

Thank you Chris for having the part ready for me when I walked in on Saturday morning. The staff all behaved in a friendly and professional manner.

It was the end of the day and feel that workers were not happy that I needed assistance. Some personnel were much kinder than others.

We are so thankful that Chris helped my wife get our car started and she was able to get to Big O to get a new battery and get home safe thank you Chirs and the Big O

Everybody does their job in the office... I can't comment on the garage section or the quality due to the fact I'm in the waiting area.

As always you guys were great, have most of my vehicle work done at this store, always honest on what needs to be done.

Was not told about TPS options on my car. I have A TPS light on.

I popped my tire right in from of the store. I went in crying and the black guy (sorry didn't catch his name) in the front near the front door was so accommodating. He was professional, caring and really helped me through an emotional moment as well as assisting me with my tire needs. The guys in the garage were awesome too! Everybody really made it an amazing experience considering how upset I was about my situation. Great store!

They did a good job, but they overinflated my tires by 5 lbs

Good service. Never asked about a tire rotation or rebalance. Now I get to go and have the tires rotated. They were busy, so I guess they just missed that step.

Big O Tires always has friendly good service and decent prices. I go there for all my car needs.

I was appective of the oil coupon I had, it saved me money & I diffandtly appreciated that. Staff at the store location was nice & friendly too.

I have been to this location many times now and I always deal with Pete Giacalone. Pete is always fair and honest. He makes me feel like I am not being ripped off and I'm always comfortable knowing my vehicles are well taken care of. I would highly recommend Pete and his store and always do to my friends and relatives.
