Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly

I had to get a tire patched in a hurry and couldn't find a place that was less than a 3 hour wait. I called in and spoke to Jeff Wright who told me to come in and they'll get me in right away....A tech came up to my car as I pulled in and asked if I was the one who needed the tire patch done quickly. They got started on it before I even checked in and by the time all the paperwork was done I was good to go and on my way. Excellent service and I'd definitely go there again even though there's many tire places closer to my house.

Great price for 4 new tires and service was excellent.

They are always good and knowledgeable, a bit pricey though. We ordered Atturo XT tires from Walmart but on the day they were supposed to install both techs called out sick and then told us they couldn't install 35's anyway. So we packed up the tires in the back of the jeeps and went to BigO. Both our jeeps were done in a little over an hour, but $199.00 per jeep just to install was quite a bit more than we expected to pay. If you're just getting an install, I would recommend shopping around

I brought in my car for brakes, alignment, and oil change. These were the original brakes on my car with 100,000 miles. The technician and counter person were honest with me and said that my rear brakes were fine, and that my front rotors did not need replacement. The quoted price is the price that I paid. I was pleased with the service and the time needed for the service to be completed.

At first I thought the service was a little pricey until I found out it included a free tire rotation and a very thorough inspection of the suspension and brakes.

I have been coming to you guys for about 4 years now to have service done on my work truck and the service has been great. It was a little rocky the first couple of times I came in but, it gets better all the time. I really appreciate your staff knowing and understanding the WHEELS program which makes my life so much easier.

Received great service from my first call to the replacement of my tire. The tire was not in stock but they ordered it and had me back on th Erlanger a few hours later as promised. I would definitely recommend Big O to others.

The Store Mgr. & crew were very professional, knowledgeable & courteous! Service was excellent & being a retired Goodear store mgr. of 27 years, I know about these, things. They definitely have my business from now on!!

Would not have bought tires if not for them letting me know about their financing options and they gave me a great "offer I couldn't refuse" on tires.

Not having an appointment I was told I might have to wait 2 hours for service. But to my surprise within 15 minutes my car was taken in for service. Within 1 hour my car was done. That was great news. My concern is that I was pushed for 3 up services that I didn't need. That's why I can't give 5 stars!!

They repaired a flat tine. All went well.
