I appreciate getting a full assessment of the condition of my car, but only if I don't feel hussled or overly sold. These guys did a professional job at a fair price and the tone of their advice was just right . My car runs great.

The guys here are always so friendly and fun. They're good at answering my dumb questions and explaining things to me that I don't understand. Telling me what I need to worry about and what I don't need to worry about.

I appreciated getting the tire with the nail in it repaired. The dealership was busy that day, but I just appreciated getting it fixed and at no cost. I do buy my tires at Big O

As a mechanic I'm always skeptical of repair shop and I pretty much do all my own maintenance on my vehicles. I have to say every time I bring a vehicle here they surprise me, but in a good way. For the last 20 years I was a Discount tire customer. But project car I was working on needed tires, and I always try and support my local businesses so I brought it down to the new Big O and I bought some tires from Chris and it has been a great experience. Never any hassle or BS run around they seem to be very honest and straightforward to deal with. We now get our tires there and have had no issues what so ever.

My only complaint was the two hour wait for an oil change on a set appointment. It was a hectic day for sure.

Bought 6 tire for my RV and just had my duramax serviced as well. Steve up front was outstanding! Very difficult to find service you can trust and i know. I was in the automobile industry myself for 25 plus years and know the difference between quality service and not. These guys get it done!
