Big O Tires

I like coming here as they speak to you as an intelligent human being. Being a woman this is very important to me, and they take time to explain what they are doing.

Chris was great, very helpful and didn't try and push me towards more expensive tires. Get me right in when I need a tire repaired.

In our home we have 3,4 vehicles that need tires, oil changes, repairs, general maintenance. I have brought our vehicles to Big O for years and for years I have trusted this Big O location. Doug and the others are always friendly, take the time to clarify their recommendation, include *special offers* or a Coupon that I may not be aware of. They never mislead us on time expectations, or try and push/sell unnecessary work. I recommend Big O to our neighbors & friends all the time!! Excellent location!!!

When I had to have an unexpected repair done, they were able to provide me with a loaner vehicle to get back to work and pick up my vehicle later. Great customer service!!

I needed a valve stem replaced on my trailer, I called Big O to see if they had time to change the valve stem, was told to come right in. I came in, was taken care of right away. took a short time to complete the job. Very good customer service, bathrooms were clean, waiting room was clean and comfortable. will continue to use Big O as my place to go to for my vehicle needs.

I need a front passenger side tire.. I dropped my truck off, and had it back within an hours time. That my friends, is great customer service.

The tire pressure was incorrect.

I was very pleased that the staff that worked with me where very straight forward with everything they said. I also was very happy they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Overall I was very pleased with everything.

Was disappointed it took over two hours to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. When I worked as a tire buster, I could get a LOF and 4x 235/75R15s done (mounted, balanced, back on the car) in about 45 minutes on my own, and that was just waiting for a bit of cooling after the car came in off the highway.
