Big O Tires

I have always been pleased with my Big O; the boys have always been very helpful and answered my questions; if theres a question they take me out to the shop and show me what is going on with my truck. I made the mistake of getting tires at Discount and after a year they were falling apart; I travel about 8000 miles a year and my guys here always make sure I"m good for the road. I wont go anywhere else as long as I'm able to drive

I came to the store for a quote on tires. The price was very competetive. I ended up purchasing tires. They said I didn't need an appointment. I returned to the store to have the tires put on. They only had two tires, so I came back the next day. They installed the two remaining tires, but the wait was a little longer than I expected. The overall service was excellent. I like the fact that I can go to any Big O store and have the tires balanced every 5K miles at no charge. Also I can have the alignment checked. I will definitely consider my next purchase at the store.

I'm not from this area. Just stopped in to have my tires rotated. I was treated like their best customer.

Since moving to the East Valley 3 years ago, I have only gone to Big O Tire for my tires, and maintenance on my cars. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. They treat you like a small town customer in this big town. I can't say enough about my positive experience and quality of work. I made the mistake of having my oil changed at a local mechanic when we first moved here. I ended up with grease all over my white interior and on the floor mats. That oil change after getting my car detailed to get the grease out cost me over $300.00. Big O Tire always puts mats down and I have not had any grease on the interior of the car. Their mechanics are knowledgeable and professional.

Scheduled for a $16.95 oil change. Technician identified $500,00 of needed service and a plugged catalytic converter. The technician decided to refer the cat repair to another repair facility. This is a 17 year old vehicle so none of this came as a big surprise. I am very satisfied with how I was treated and will return in the future. This vehicle acts as new again. I just really appreciate the honesty of this particular location. I have been here on several occasions and have had a lot of work done. The employees always give an honest diagnostic of my vehicles. They will warn me when parts are wearing and need to be watched, but they never try to sell me things I do not need. It's good to know I can get an honest answer somewhere. I have not visited other Big O locations so I can only speak to this one.

Work was done timely and done well. We had a tire repaired. The service people have a 'can do' attitude and are positive! Thank you to the people who work here.
