I purchased four new National Mesa A/P2 tires. John gave me a few options for financing and I went for the Big O credit for 90 days same as cash. The wait time was not bad for a busy Saturday morning. Overall a pleasant experience. I've never been to a Big O and sent my sister over for tires and she also had a great experience. Thanks and I'll be back for sure for my tire needs.

I've had to have my vehicle worked on twice in the last couple of months, and the potential cost related to mechanic work has always caused me a lot of anxiety. The guys at the shop were more than happy to explain the issues with my vehicle in such a manner that I could understand them and they made me feel at ease. Additionally, the price I was quoted for the work was actually what I paid, which was a huge relief.

The employees and service at this location, from the front end (Chris, Brad) to the technicians all were top notch. It was a bit disappointing that items replaced under warranty are then charged for installation, and in the case of replaced tires, a new warranty. But this is not the fault of the staff.

I had poor milage performance on my michelin tires. Chris suggested I contact Michelin to check on any warranty. Saved me 60% on the replacement tires! Thanks Chris

Had previous work done a few months ago. Called ahead to see what the time frame was for an alignment check and tire rotation, was told they could get right to it. Got to the counter and was asked politely and in a business fashion how I could be helped. After my explanation I was asked for keys and told check and any necessary work would take 15 to 45 mins. The alignment check, tire rotation and alignment took 40 mins and I was on my way. This specific shop is quick to the point and has always been spot on with time estimates and great service. Will continue to use them for servicing both my vehicles. Finding a business I can trust nowadays is hard to come by. I trust the people at Big O, East Crismon Rd in Mesa.

Well, let me tell you. These guys are awesome! Had my motorhome leaking tire fixed in an hour. Keep up the good work. A job well done. Pauly B.

The servicemen were very knowledgeable and pleasant in assisting me to choose the tires for my 2011 Camry. I am very happy with the ride I'm receiving when I drive. I would recommend BIG O 100%. I also had my oil changed.
