My advisor was very knowledgable and super nice. I would have know trouble at all in recommending.

I was happy to get my oil change without an appointment.I was even happier when mechanic pointed out my front brakes needed repaired and they could do it now and at a fair price.The mechanic explained to me in east to understand terms what needed to be done and why.I was even offered a free tire repair because a nail was in the tire.The manager was awesome and took the time to listen to me.I feel confident i was not sold on needless repairs and the brakes really did need attention.You are definitely my go to store as because of your honesty and abilities. Your free inspection with an oil change will save me money in preventative care.Thanks so much for everything.You not only made my care comfortable but you took care of me too.I liked how clean your facility was, and especially the ladies' room.

I brought my 1969 car in for a front suspension check. Your staff found and fixed my problems. The estimate was close except for the new tires I guess I needed. My car goes down the road straight and with out the vibrations I was having. Funny clunk noise was gone and problem fixed Thanks, Greg

My girlfriend went to have her tire rotated and oil change she completely expected to be told she needed other things done to her car since she was a girl. This did not happen. They said your good to go your car is in good shape.... Thank you.

On our last oil change about a few weeks ago we were told by the Big O Rep. that we will need our front brakes done and I told him that I didn't have time to get them change and he said they would be fine for another few weeks and just like he said our brakes started making terrible noises and just he said the brakes needed changing. My point to this story is that Big O still believes in being honest to their customers.
