Chris was very helpful as soon as I walked in the front door. He was very detailed in his explanation of the results of my old car battery and what to expect with the new battery. Very friendly service which is not often found anymore. Will go there again.

We needed tires. We checked at the dealer only to find their sale wasn't really a sale at all (and the tires were not of good quality, check your ratings, folks). So we called Big O, discussed options, ordered the tires to be delivered the following day. Tires came in, they are great! We needed an alignment, which was supposed to have been done 6 months ago by someone else - interesting to see proof shown by Big O's diagnostics that it had never been done! The car now drives like a dream, the tires are great, the warranty that came with them, Big O's Tire/Service/Roadside Warranty, is such a comfort and an added value to the tire! We are so glad we went to Big O for our tires. Also, the service team was great. They listened, they were prompt and they made us feel like we made a great purchase, which, really, is an unexpected finale to the buying tires experience. Thank you, Big O!

I had purchased 6 tires for my motorhome about 2 years ago. The inside dual on the passenger side was flat. I dropped the coach off and, about an hour and a half later, I received a call to come and get it. There was no charge because I had purchased the tires at that store. I consider that excellent service.

We had torn the sidewall of our right left tire; needed to have service, repair/replacement right away. Stopped in on a Thursday afternoon and Doug was very cordial and offered to examine the tire and take care of me that afternoon while I waited. I was in/out within an 1 1/2 hrs, that included replacing the tire, balancing and wheel alignment. Also during inspection Doug discovered our battery needed replacement and this was taken care of as well,
