Big O Tires

I've bought several tires there now, and they are always great to us. I love that they are no pressure, no BS, and give me the best deal they have right from the get-go. They don't try to sell me things I don't need, and they're always up-beat, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with.

This is part of the service that came with tire purchase. It is the third set of tires I have purchased from you. The sales people don't put pressure on you to purchase unneeded services!!

I had an appt for oil change. It was done on time and without a lot of wait time

I was there just needing a leaking valve stem repaired, but they treated with the same priority as if I were buying a $1000 set of tires. That kind of customer dedication will keep me coming back!

They always show they truly care and will go above and beyond making you happy. They're honest and work hard to give you the best possible deal. I couldn't imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else!

All I would say is that other than the sales pitch for shocks every time I walk out the door, this place is great. I don't think it's appropiate to try to make peopl feel like they are risking their lives if they don't buy shocks. Save that for the people that really need them. And come up with a better pitch other than "I was looking at your tires and you need shocks"�. One time I was getting and oil change, the other a battery change and yet another I actually bought tires. Each time, same pitch. At least make a note in the computer that you've already tried to sell this guy shocks. Your sales tactic may seem more legit.

Everyone at this store is very friendly and more than willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I do all of my auto maintenance at this location and will continue to do so.
