Big O Tires

Asked about "early bird" oil change special. Told that I needed a coupon printed. While waiting I reviewed the website on my phone. No mention of coupon needed online. The link at bottom for "terms and conditions" does not open. The customer service representative did agree to give the discount. Great experience.

Everyone was friendly and contacted me with any updates as well as letting me know when my car was done. Love this location and the service. I'm glad they didn't come to my car to greet me but as soon as I walked in the door, I was asked "have you already been helped".

Tire light was on and the employee put air in tires & determined that I needed repair on one of the tires and they fixed it within 20 minutes. Great service and employee was very helpful and friendly.

Set of tires for my 2016 Hyundai Azera Limited: Steve took my order over the phone on a Saturday afternoon, for a set of Michelin Sport Pilots (currently not in inventory) . I dropped the car of on Monday morning and picked it up after work (early afternoon). There was little-to-no wait time, dropping off or picking up. Tires are perfect!

I saw Doug about a transmission issue. He told me it could take up to 2 hours. He resolved it in 30 minutes. I will definitely be going back to see him. Everything was explained to me and service was great.

I was astonished when I learned that repairing my flat tire was at no charge to me - apparently because I had purchased the tires there. What a pleasant surprise. When I first came in the clerk said it wouldn't take long because they weren't backed up. I did wait about an hour and 15 minutes, which got kind of long, but the service was great.

I am very pleased they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in one day my truck runs good again and I want to thank you Igreatly appreciate it

This is my go-to facility for maintenance and care of my vehicles. This most recent visit they pointed out a defect in my tire and made sure to put on my spare while we waited for a replacement. I trust what they tell me and that the work will be done correctly. The manager knows me and my cars. It's nice to have someone I can trust.
