We had to buy new tires for my car. I called Monday morning and spoke with TJ about needing new tires. TJ was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I decided on the tires I wanted and was told they would be ordered and delivered around 3:30. We dropped my car off around 3:00. We were called around 4:30 and my car was ready. Great service!

I have been to other Big O before and didnt receive the experience I did this time. From the initial greeting through the full experience was amazing. It was my God daughters car and they took the time to offer advice and guidance to her. The service made us feel like family a d they offered to help remind her to rotate her tires and advice on her car repairs. I am so satisfied I will be coming back!!! Discount who??? I now have a family at Big O!!!

My invoice says Chris Rissi, (kind of a big guy always at the service desk)... during the visits I have had to your location, he is very knowledgeable, always helpful, expediently processes clients' needs and I am out of there timely. Honestly, your waiting room gives me claustrophobia, but your mechanics and technicians are great, every time.

Work was done fairly quickly. Replacement items were not overpriced. Feel like the service, parts, and price are well represented

My front tires were starting to wear and were making some road noise, so I came back to my Big O store to have this problem resolved before too much damage could happen. I was met by a Big O employee as soon as I entered the store and he set me up to access the problem. In less than a half hour I was informed of what was causing the feathering on my front tires. Big O repaired the car quickly and gave me confidence in the quality of their work. I will return to Big O for future repairs that my car might need. Thanks Big O.
