I have gone to this Big O TIre place in Mesa, Arizona for about 11 or 12 years now. They have done all the repairs I've needed on my 2001 PT Cruiser since I bought it in 2004. I have always had great service and if I thought there was a problem with something they've done, they've fixed it immediately sometimes even without charge. Great kind, courteous people working there. I will continue to bring my car to them as I feel that they do a great job every time. Thank you all that work there!

They are always straight forward with me and give me a call to tell me if something else pops up and give me recommendations of what’s a priority and what I can put off.

Very good, I did not ask for nitrogen in the 2 new tires or the tire warranty which costs extra, I would of preferred to have been asked first, didn't know till I got home. Regardless I still give it 5 stars. The prices are good and their work is great, thanks

Great service, I went in to buy tires. The staff told me that I only needed 2 tires. And gave me options. Repaired one of my tires that had a nail. The 2 tires I got feel good, and are quiet like the Michellins I had. Thanks

Staff always accommodates my needs for both scheduled appointments as well as when my vehicle arrives by tow. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a flat tire that morning when leaving for work and got aired to make it to the store to get it repaired. I had purchased the tires from the store on Power Rd so I wasn't in there computer for the road hazard warranty that they purchased, but they went through the extra effort to call them and verify my road hazard protection. Upon inspection the tire was not repairable due to the location of the hole so they replaced the tire under the warranty terms and got me on they way pretty quickly. Great experience so when its time for a new set of tires I will be back to purchase again.
