Big O Tires

I needed new windshield wipers and everyone was very kind and efficient. I was in and on my way home in 15 minutes----purchase and then they installed them!!!

The Employees have been there a long time...they know me and my vehicle...I trust them...Steve, Doug, Peter, Bradley and others are always truthful and courteous...

We needed tires.We checked at the dealer only to find their sale wasn't really a sale at all (and the tires were not of good quality, check your ratings, folks).So we called Big O, discussed options, ordered the tires to be delivered the following day.Tires came in, they are great!We needed an alignment, which was supposed to have been done 6 months ago by someone else - interesting to see proof shown by Big O's diagnostics that it had never been done!The car now drives like a dream, the tires are great, the warranty that came with them, Big O's Tire/Service/Roadside Warranty, is such a comfort and an added value to the tire! We are so glad we went to Big O for our tires. Also, the service team was great.They listened, they were prompt and they made us feel like we made a great purchase, which, really, is an unexpected finale to the buying tires experience. Thank you, Big O!

Received a wheel alignment at a fair price with good service.

Bradley was very kind to me and immediately greeted me. They were very understanding of my situation coming to Arizona as an out of state student from Alaska. Finding a job has been hard and working for lyft has been my main source of income. Thus, the health of my car is very important to me. I've been coming to Big O Tires for a few years since I started school at Northern Arizona University. Big thanks for taking care of the college students! Appreciate you guys so much :)

Associates at this Big O ordered duratrac’s for me. I was able to drop my truck off at 7 am and picked it up at 9:30. Very professional, very efficient. I will and already have recommended this specific Big O to my co workers and family.

My battery died and they got me right in and took care of my problems and an oil change before I head out for my 5 week trip ; I could of gone to Walmart and probably spent less money but I like the Interstate batteries and the service at Big O is amazing. They know who I am and they make sure that I am taken care of each time I am in there; They also know I go to Sturgis for bike week and always ask how it was when I come in for my 3000 mile check when I return. I have never been unhappy with them. And as long as I am able to drive I will take my truck to Big O. {At 75 who knows how long . }

I like your operation and staff more than your competitor fletchers down the street from you. My work truck has been serviced at your location since it was brand new and you guys always take great care of me. Your location is convenient and your staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
