Reps made it easy to get my oil changed and showed me all the items they found in their inspection. It's one thing to give me a paper and say they recommend items, it's taking service to another level to actually show me. I highly value the honesty and when I declined they didn't try to push me to do it.

I use Big O every time our Honda Civic needs service maybe that's why our car has 160,000+ with only standard maintenance, the gentleman that helps us almost every time we are there went the extra mile for us on our brakes. THANK YOU!

Got to there shop early & they put my truck up on the rack & explained what it needed & why. They were clear on the price & not pushy.
