Consistantly great group of people inside the store. Never an attitude about what services I need. I have been in the auto industry nearly 25 years on a professional level and they way they explain things they are doing even a person with zero experience could understand which is great!!!

Had four tires put on my 5th wheel that I had ordered a few weeks ago. The work was done in a timely manner. Chris, who I had dealt with when I purchased the tires, was very good. I can't remember the name of the tech who balanced the wheels/ replaced the tires, but he did a good job with the work and was personable.

The wait was going to be a couple of hours for tires, staff offered to give me a ride home so I would not have to wait in the waiting area.

We take our cars only to this Big O tires store. Steve always takes car of us. This time it was Doug and he's as awesome as Steve. Thanks

The team at this location always provide great service. Steve has always treated me well, which is why I continue to return to this location.

I used them on the week of April 17th and, as usual, found their service complete, quickly done and the personnel very friendly.

Other than it took forever. They were all friendly and was happy to show us the problem with my AC. And did not pressure us to get it fixed right now.

Customer service is the only difference between competitors, because; the products offered are basically the same. I pleased with this location because of the was I was greeted when I arrived. A hello that was not rushed, but; a pleasant hello and how are you with eye contact goes a long way. Services that were needed were presented and explained to me with options of what needed to be done now and what could wait. The quote included special offers to minimize cost and estimated time of repair. Prior to the service starting, I authorized the replacement of items I was told that needed to be replaced by another location. During servicing, the items were inspected and I was told there was no need to replace the item. I am grateful I found a location that employees honest people who provide the customer service a customer expects and deserves. Thanks Crismon Big O for making my SUV float smoothly down the road again!

It was a simple visit for an oil change and tire rotation.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff for same day purchase of new tires.

Went in for tires, and they ended up fixing and replacing a myriad of other problems I had. Thought I was going to have to take it to other places but they do it all. Very pleased with the work and price for each job.

Clean store and didn’t try to up sell me on other products. Just sold me what I asked for.

We scheduled an appointment online and they did not have the tires we wanted but made us a deal on a set they had in stock. They also showed me other issues that we were not sure of but helped fix our car so it can run like it should. They even gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait while they worked on it.
