Big O Tires

They did a great Job!! Got in at 7Am and they fixed my flat tire, rotated all tires, and changed my oil and I was out the door in 50 minutes. Thanks

I have repeatedly gone to this Big O Tires location for service near where I used to live even though it is a distance away from me now that I moved and I have another one within two miles from my home. They are always courteous and professional, have excellent ratings from other customers (which is why I tried them in the first place) and do an excellent job with the maintenance and servicing of my vehicle.

They built trust and I am loyal to that.

I came to the store for a quote on tires. The price was very competetive. I ended up purchasing tires. They said I didn't need an appointment. I returned to the store to have the tires put on. They only had two tires, so I came back the next day. They installed the two remaining tires, but the wait was a little longer than I expected. The overall service was excellent. I like the fact that I can go to any Big O store and have the tires balanced every 5K miles at no charge. Also I can have the alignment checked. I will definitely consider my next purchase at the store.

I’ve always received great service from this location. You do what you say and it’s always communicated to me. Price could be better. $3k in service. Quite a bit of work done no coupons or discounts given. I will still come back though.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff over there. I wanted tires specific for my vehicle of a different make then what they offered there. After showing me what they had comparable to the michelins that I wanted it gave me a choice of other great tires at better prices. After picking out the tires, they were very fast to service my car with them. Very pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anyone.
