Big O Tires

Was so happy with this store and with the man that helped me. I have 3 cars and will go back to this store to get my tires.

Had a nail on my tire- drove to Big O Tires in Mesa. 35 minutes later fixed and back on the road. Excellent work!

Went this week to get prepared for a vacation road trip.I feel very comfortable to stat on a 5000 mile trip thank to Big O.

The prompt service

The gentlemen at this establishment makes it easy and straightforward to maintain your automobile. Very courteous, accomadating and spoke to me with clarity and respectfully. As a female I would recommend this store to any and all that want to be treated with respect.

Your employee Steve was wonderful, helpful and professional. He was very friendly also. The location of the store is very close to my home, so getting flats fixed is helpful and convenient.

Service is always consistently great but have a question on tire warranty, we were in because we had another flat tire we just were in 3 weeks before this for the same thing and same tire what I don't understand is why would we need to keep paying for the tire warranty especially when we just bought the warranty for the new tires we just put on.

I have been going to this location for about 5 years now. Always a friendly staff. When I make my appointment I'm always taken as soon as I get there and out in a timely manner.

The manager, Steve, treats his customers with respect. The service is always quick. Prices are reasonable. No one tries to 'talk you into' repairs you don't need.

Crew did a great job getting my vehicle up and running 5x5.

Extensive front end work was done by Big O in Nevada and Colorado but my 2000 Tahoe Z71 was still pulling to the left (hands free and while braking). Doug, Mesa Az. Shop Manager, thoroughly explained/showed me why after spending $2300 and a total of 3 three days, another $1500 was necessary to complete the work correctly. He guaranteed me I would be satisfied with the handling of the Tahoe....he was sure right!!!! It handles like new, even with 169,000 driven miles and another 140,000 miles being towed behind my motorhome. Doug has renewed my faith in Big O!

I have been coming to this location since it opened and I have never been disappointed with any of the work or services that I have come in for.

Needed a flat tire fixed. They were very busy but, were able to finish the tire in a timely manner.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees. I was asked to go out to the garage to look at the broken control arm first hand.
