Big O Tires

I had a screw in a tire and it had gone flat. Pumped up the tire and took it into the dealership. In less than a hour I was on the road again. It is nice to have the dealership close so I can walk to and from the location.

I was very happy with the service. They didn't try to make me pay for new brakes, that I didn't need. Very professional and helpful, thanks so much. Thanks for risking your life from the covid-19, you're true heroes.

Since moving to the East Valley 3 years ago, I have only gone to Big O Tire for my tires, and maintenance on my cars. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. They treat you like a small town customer in this big town. I can't say enough about my positive experience and quality of work. I made the mistake of having my oil changed at a local mechanic when we first moved here. I ended up with grease all over my white interior and on the floor mats. That oil change after getting my car detailed to get the grease out cost me over $300.00. Big O Tire always puts mats down and I have not had any grease on the interior of the car. Their mechanics are knowledgeable and professional.

Overall the mechanics do a good job and pretty honest about issues of the vehicle. The team on the inside do pretty well.

Not enough space to write

I scheduled on line for a Saturday appointment, and it was confirmed. This store doesn’t make appointments for Saturday, but they still honored the appointment and ordered the tires my car needed and completed completed the installation of my tires by 5. They even shuttled me home so I did not have to wait in the lobby

Made an appointment the day before the next day they service my car right on time with the appointment excellent job guys thanks

Your employees are wonderful. He was friendly and knew what he was talking about. The other employees that I came into contact with were friendly also. And they did a good job very quickly. I will be back.

I special ordered some tires for my hot rod. The got them in a day later and installed them. The work was as promised and the installation was great.

I have been buying and will only buy from big o due to Steven maddingly and brad. Never had a bad service. I will always use them for tire needs.

I had these guy to a 60,000 mile service I my vehicle the dealer had suggested. They did it in the same day, they had it done in half the time the dealer said. They charged me half the price and the car was done as promised! The whole group of guys there are friendly and caring and I an suggesting to all my friends to go there. Thank you!

Had a flat and no wheel lock key. The team at big o managed to get my wheel locks off with no damage to the wheels and had me back in the road quickly.

The team at Big O Tires did a tremendous job in taking care of both my vehicles. They pointed out areas that needed attention but did not push me to make a decision. They provided options and advice. I highly recommend them and will be using them going forward for my automobile maintenance needs

As recommended by the folks at Big O, I am now rotating my tires after each oil change. I made my appointment for this service and was able to get in and get the work done in a reasonable period of time. The service I received was great. The really good thing is that tire rotations do not cost me anything when I take in my car.

This is the only place I will have my vehicle serviced. They are honest and do what needs to be done to keep my vehicle on the road.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I have been taking my car to the dealership where I bought it but will now have Big O take care of me. Plus it is 2 miles from my house.
