Big O Tires

Had my tires rotated and an oil change. Showed me the motor mount was needing replacement.

The pricing was not on display. The signs have changed recently, and it was hard to see any prices posted.

I have to say this location off Crismon really takes care of their customers. The manager Pete is knowledgeable, and really know his stuff.

Had the parts on hand for expected work,found other problems and quickly got the parts to make repairs.

I went in for an oil change and I was out within 1 hour, and they have very good coffee.

We have used them for both of our vehicles for years and always been satisfied with their honesty and price. We buy all our tires and get oil changes there as well. Last time we were in they were able to fix a plug for an oil leak and take care of it. I would highly recommend this location. I have stopped into other locations and it is not the same feel.

Great job getting me in as a "walk in" customer. Thorough explanation of problems. Was fixed in the time promised. Young gentleman brought me home & picked me up. Thank you. (customer information on file was a bit sketchy, but I think we have it now!)

Went in for an oil change its professional quick and nice quality service .

Associates were up front with the price and the part was installed as soon as it was delivered.

I was happy to get my oil change without an appointment.I was even happier when mechanic pointed out my front brakes needed repaired and they could do it now and at a fair price.The mechanic explained to me in east to understand terms what needed to be done and why.I was even offered a free tire repair because a nail was in the tire.The manager was awesome and took the time to listen to me.I feel confident i was not sold on needless repairs and the brakes really did need attention.You are definitely my go to store as because of your honesty and abilities. Your free inspection with an oil change will save me money in preventative care.Thanks so much for everything.You not only made my care comfortable but you took care of me too.I liked how clean your facility was, and especially the ladies' room.

It was a last minute appointment and when I arrived I didn't have to wait past my appointment to get service. The estimated time given for duration of service was true.
