Big O Tires

Great service courteous people gets the job done right, will continue to be a customer on my 2 autos seen there.

Everything is explained in detail, and I was shown where a leak was coming from. To my knowledge everything is done the way it should be.

I had repairs completed Saturday, 7/18, and they were very patient with explaining what I needed, very thorough in offering me information on tires, and the new front axles I needed.

Ease of appointment, no wait, in stock, and clean facility. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Had a nail in my tire. Was handled promptly...very satisfied

I'm always happy with this Big O; they take care of me and when there is a problems with my truck we talk and then if it's expensive they help with the financing

I needed specific lug nuts for our truck and they gave me one to try that they thought was the right one. I brought it back and they exchanged it for the correct one, letting me take it home just to make sure. I appreciated the help!

The gentleman that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. My Jeep was done in half the time he quoted me, and I was a walk-in customer on a very busy Friday. I was turned away from Pep Boys and told I could make an appointment in 4-5 days. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely return.

Was impressed that you had the tires the next morning in time for my 10:30 appointment after my husband had ordered them online just the afternoon before! Everything was fine, except I asked that the decent tire of the two removed from my Jeep (to be replaced by two new ones) was not saved. There was even a note to do so on the paperwork. Was disappointed when I got home and realized I did not have the tire, but then my husband said it was OK, so I let it go and did not press the issue.

Called and Brian, he asked size of battery etc. checked that he had before I came in, and did an excellent job. This expedited the replacement process and made me happy for short wait time.

I dealt with a guy named Pete, which was extremely professional. He explained why my tires wore out so fast and Gabe me a good deal on 2 new tires. Thanks Pete I am now a regular of the Crimson store in Mesa.

They were able to order the tires that would fit on my motorhome and installed them the next day. I also bought wipers and they were the wrong ones so they got the correct ones in a timely fashion. Everyone was very nice.
