Chris was great, very helpful and didn't try and push me towards more expensive tires. Get me right in when I need a tire repaired.

This was actually the third visit I had at this location over a few days. James was extremely friendly while answering all my (many) questions & getting my tire air checked. Then he got me in for a rotate & balance the next day. So, I proceeded to schedule this appointment for my husbands TPMS sensors to be replaced. Again, for in without waiting days. When I returned for this appointment, James was personably helping another client, so Eric “Alan” came right over to assist me. No waiting for check-in. Nice that the staff works together so well. I left while they did the work & Alan called me about some issues found & had a repair quote ready for me when I return to pick up my vehicle (which was completed before they said it would be). I appreciate the pleasant demeanor, timeliness & team effort by your staff.

In our home we have 3,4 vehicles that need tires, oil changes, repairs, general maintenance. I have brought our vehicles to Big O for years and for years I have trusted this Big O location. Doug and the others are always friendly, take the time to clarify their recommendation, include *special offers* or a Coupon that I may not be aware of. They never mislead us on time expectations, or try and push/sell unnecessary work. I recommend Big O to our neighbors & friends all the time!! Excellent location!!!

I spoke to Chris (new manager) who I informed of my experience when my appointment last Friday was not properly taken care of and required that I reschedule to this past Tuesday. He apologized profusely, recognized my past expenditures there and that I was a long term/loyal customer. He offered me complimentary oil changes in the future to make amends for my having to come back a second time. While I did not go out of my way to complain to him, he went out of his way to show my business meant something to him. I was very pleased with his proactiveness and will go to his store again and recommend others.
