Big O Tires

Scheduled for a $16.95 oil change. Technician identified $500,00 of needed service and a plugged catalytic converter. The technician decided to refer the cat repair to another repair facility. This is a 17 year old vehicle so none of this came as a big surprise. I am very satisfied with how I was treated and will return in the future. This vehicle acts as new again. My thanks to Doug Floyd.

We have been long time customers of this store, my wife longer than me. Recently we had our Jeep Commander in for a checkup (check engine light was on, ) based on its age and our intended use of it, a number of items needed to be done on it making it a modestly expensive but justified cost for repairs. A few weeks after that, the check engine light came on again. I took the Jeep back and a valve required replacement from which I was not charged for the part of labor. I believe this is due to the manager's commitment to me based on a previous, unpleasant experience a number of months back, that he valued our business and wanted to continue earning it.

I had requested to check the spare tire pressure up front. Somehow it was forgotten and so one of the younger team members, Garrett Wilson, was assigned to help me out. I must admit, I am not easy to impress but this young man was exemplary in every way. He was courteous, knowledgeable, willing to do an annoying, dirty task that somehow landed in his lap without a complaint but with a smile on his face. Garrett represented your branch in a way that you should be proud of! I truly enjoyed interacting with him and will be back because of him.
