Big O Tires

These guts are awesome! All my vehicles will be taken care of here. They don't do anything without talking to you first.

I had a blow out that stranded myself and my children on the side of the freeway. Roadside assistance put my donut tire on for me and I drove to the next exit and found this Big O location. The guy in the front office was so kind. He could tell I was shook up by the whole situation and gave me some water and got me laughing. I had a new tire on my car and we were on our way in less than an hour.

My first experience with Big O. Very fair price. Service done in less than half the time promised. These are good people and the company is well run. I'll be going back.

My car was vibrating/shaking pretty bad at certain speeds but a bigO balance did the trick.

The usual attention to the needs of my vehicle and need for tires which had to be ordered. Have been a customer for 5 years; always excellent service.

The customer service was excellent. I had some unforeseen repairs needed on my car and they offered to take me home and pick me up. The repairs were quick and my car is running better than ever! Would absolutely bring my car back to this location again.

The service was amazing. They were very attentive in what I needed and made sure to get me just what I wanted. It did take quite some time to get my oil change done due to a part having to be ordered but they comp’d the oil change due to the wait so please visit this location they are great..

I arrived with a flat tire that Walmart had declared unable to be fixed.Sure enough Big O checked everything out and fixed my tire.No charge.Even though there were lots of others there with tire issues after the Labor Day Weekend, Big O was fully staffed and I was helped quickly/
