This is my second visit to Big O Tires, simply because the initial visit was superb and needing an oil change, no question I’m taking my car back to Big O Tires. Customer service is wonderful, they take time to answer questions, are very polite and feel their costs are reasonable. I will definitely recommend this store

I popped my tire right in from of the store. I went in crying and the black guy (sorry didn't catch his name) in the front near the front door was so accommodating. He was professional, caring and really helped me through an emotional moment as well as assisting me with my tire needs. The guys in the garage were awesome too! Everybody really made it an amazing experience considering how upset I was about my situation. Great store!

Chris (Manager) is really focused on customer service, especially in taking care of long time customers such as myself and my wife. I took my 2009 Cadillac in for some issues that the Cadillac dealership in Tempe had quoted "thousands" of dollars for repairs. Thankfully Chris's store had recently upgraded their equipment and was able to diagnose my problem which saved me in turn, thousands of dollars. I trust my car with Big O more than a dealership out to soak me dry.

Big O Tires always has friendly good service and decent prices. I go there for all my car needs.

The girl at the front desk by the door was very nice and helpful, she got me in and out pretty fast, and the guy that did my windshield wipers did it fast and polite.
