Everything was good

It was very easy. I just dropped and pick up the next day when they were done.

Good service

I had to bring my jeep back in for some work that been done previously a few months ago and Alan the manager took very good care of me. He indicated I was a valued customer instead of charging me for work that was slightly out of warranty he covered it as a courtesy.

I had damage to the sidewall of my tire. They replaced the tire with no problem. I had to pay for mounting and the road hazard charge. Also had to pay for a realignment charge.

Work was completed promptly. Crew did a great job

Saturdays are always busy, but as I was leaving the grocery store I noticed my tire was losing air. Stopped by and the team had my tires rotated, aligned and inspected in great time. My representative went out of his way to keep me informed of progress and I will continue to use this Big O location.

Fast and efficient

Very professional and done within the hour. This says a lot considering I showed up on a Saturday morning in need of new brake pads and rotors without an appointment.

The problem was found and repaired the same day.

I had a dead battery, called them to see if I have vehicle towed and if the driver could leave it there to replace battery without me going until it was ready. They were very accommodating. I am disabled and that would have been a horrendous ordeal for me. My car was ready exactly an hour after it arrived.
