Big O Tires

Brought in a tire and wheel for repair. Attendant came out to my car removed my tire and proceeded to building ,took my info and when I returned one hour later he had the tire returned to my car trunk. Service was excellent. Thank you.

I was met by Tucker almost immediately as I entered the store. He was very courteous and interested in helping me. I did not have an appointment since I was losing air from a tire. He addressed the issue immediately and squeezed me in. He solved my problem. I was able to converse about future needs for my car. He showed me his recommendations. This guy is incredible. Very rarely do I write a review but this guy is an asset to your company. Just a great guy and excellent knowledge about the store and what's the best for my car. The attitude of the store that was created by your employees was very positive. I did not get the girls name but I believe the other guy is Bradley. I observed how they treated the customers and it was a breath of fresh air. These guys are great!!!!

I needed to get an oil change and a battery for my work truck. We needed to have the alternator checked and Chris assured me they would be finished by closing even though I got there at 2pm. Good job guys. We will continue to bring our vehicles in for regular maintenance and service.

I had a blowout on a tire. I took it to the shop but the tire was not in stock. I was asked to leave the wheel and blown tire. I got a call a few hours later and went to the shop, they installed the new tire quickly and had me on the road again. Great service!!!!!!!!!!

Had an issue with tire in stock, but they found the leak and fixed it. They didn’t charge anything due to the mix up, great service and much appreciated.
