This shop is the most crooked shop I have ever dealt with!!!! I went in for an A/C evac and recharge, ($230), within 5 minutes of having the car back it was blowing hot again. Took it back in and they said a line blew ($300). Go to pick it up and they won't give me the car because it is running hot and they can't figure out why, they need their lead mechanic to check it out. Get a call this morning and was told my alternator and battery need to be replaced and I needed a full tune up before they could diagnose why it is over heating. I said stop the work and give me my car back I am being screwed. I got the car back drove on the highway at 75mph and in stop and go traffic for 40 minutes. Didn't lose power, didn't over heat. This shop has forever lost my business and I highly recommend you to go somewhere else. If I did everything they suggested me to do I would have spent over $3000. They are liars! Run away! Run as far away as possible!! They got $450 out of me but not a penny more and will try and get what I spent back! The problem was figured out when I took my car to another mechanic. When you fixed the A/C you blew the main fuse which was causing the alternator not to work. My alternator was fine. Truly disgusted by this shop.

Two associates tried to sell me on things that were not wrong with my car. I went to another mechanic who told me that the things they were quoted were not accurate and not needed to be serviced.

What a horrible experience, my credit has now been ran 3times without my consent. I also haven't been to this facility in over 6 months. I will never recommend anyone that I know use your company

Clearly itemize costs to customer prior to check-out and allow them to see itemized bill before making payment. Have water or other drinks available. Let customer know how long they will be waiting and then update. Have TV on a neutral program rather than obnoxious programs.

Where to begin ... Few years ago this place was great now it's full of half wits and I usually spend 3-4 hours in here for a simple oil change tire rotation and balance. Which they can't even get that right, never tighten down the oil filter so oil leaks out every where 3 times they have done this so I was offered a free oil change .. just 1!! Then the alignment crap I bought for just shy of 200 bucks. I do my own mechanic work I go in for quick services for the Carfax look. So I never let them change my front end parts so I have a Chevy their front ends fall apart ecspecially when lifted so they suck with alignments when parts are new then try to charge me 1500 bucks to do simple tasks that I can do in an hour or 2 for 250 bucks with better parts so after 2 years they finally said " if you put new parts on you don't get your 3year alignment services" or 2 what ever it was. They said they had to do it because they have to put parts on Bullshit I put all my parts on and they want to basically Rob me of a year of alignments that I paid for! I will be talking to cooperate about the 3 years of mistakes and shit this location of big o has put me through . Rude ignorant people and don't even complete a simple service that comes with the "best" oil change. And this alignment problem happened again after I bought new tires for my brother's car they said I get 1 year of alignments I asked " I'm putting on struts after I get the tires can I still do alignments ?" He said "of course bring it in everyday for an alignment we don't care it came with the tires" so I sent my brother down there to get it done with my account and as a verified person on said account he just had to say my name and number and boom free alignments they charged him because I put on struts on a car they only seen twice once for oil the other for tires they act intitled to be my mechanic and charge me out the ass for shit I do . I paid for a specific service and never had a problem with them aligning the vehicle under my warranty deal I bought after installing new parts until a few months ago money hungry worthless cheats wasting my life and time at there shop hours each time for a simple task and trust me parking lot is empty when they take hours to do my shit don't go here these ppl suck and have no idea what they are doing!

I have black power coated wheel and now after the tire replacement all 4 wheels have deep scratches on the by the lug nuts. Not very happy with that since they are factory 20inch wheels.

I first brought my Lincoln Navigator into a Big O on Power Road for an oil change a couple years ago, and received a free alignment check. They recommended an alignment, which I did, but afterwards, the steering wheel shook and the car pulled to the side. After returning a number of times, after each of which the problem was "fixed", but wasn't, I was told that one of my tires was causing this and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, you no longer had access to the tires already installed. Since I always ride with a matched set of tires, I bought a whole new set of tires from them, even though the 3 other tires had approximately 80% tread life left. This still did not fix the front end shaking and after about 9 months or so and bringing it back a number of times, only with marginal success, I was told that 2 of the tires were separated, which was causing the shaking. Your company said that you could no longer get my tires, so you had to replace them with a different tire. I reiterated that I wanted a matched set of tires, so you said that you would only charge me for the mount and balance, and new protection plan for each tire. This was an additional $200, for services on tires that had just paid for less than a year ago. After switching out these tires, which I was told was the exact same dimensions as the ones taken off (which they were not), we continuously had a leak in one of the tires. I decided to have the leak looked at at the Crismon Big O. After bringing it back time and time again, we were finally told that it was the chrome around the seal that was flaking off, causing the bead not to seal and the air to leak. A few weeks ago, it finally lost most of its air while I was driving a block away, so I brought the car in. The front desk guy Steve, remembered the car and the issue and reiterated that the problem was the flaking chrome, but said he could replace it while I waited with my daughter. Another $50+ later for mounting, balancing, and new warranty, and I was on the road. That was three weeks ago... The Good News, NO LEAK! Somehow the "flaking" chrome is now holding the seal and air. The Bad News: When I went to check the tire just before completing this survey, I noticed that the tire you installed, did not match the other three. No one disclosed this, and now I do not have a matching set of tires, as I have been paying extra all along to keep. This is not cool. Even with all of the items I mentioned in this survey, had the new tire matched, I would have given a very favorable survey rating ...now I just feel taken. Again the new tire is holding air, which is on the same rim, leading me to believe it was the tire all along. Couple that with mounting an unmatched tire without disclosing it, and I am not too pleased. A new tire could have been put on a year ago, therefore saving my wife from having to come in weekly to get the tire aired up. You asked for my feedback ...here it is. Where do we go from here?

Seems to be all new employees. Not near as friendly or customer accommodating as old staff. Seems to be a lot of young mechanics in the work area talking, laughing and horsing around. When I went to check out the card reader declined my card. I paid in cash as a result. I went and filled up with fuel when I left and my card worked fine. When my card was declined the employee just shoved the decline slip in front of me and went to another station to help someone else. He didn't ask if I could try my card again or could I use another card (which I had). not pleased. lots of places can change my oil that appreciate my patronage.

not a good idea to ask someone to write a review, when you take your car in for a thermostat which was estimated at 220.00 and when the car goes and the mechanic comes out and says it needs to have both hoses changed and a flush now that will be 564.00, you tell him no, so he goes back in and comes out 20 minutes later and tells you your car needed to be jumped started three times in order to have the work done and it needs a new batter which will cost you including the thermostat $390.00. now If I had never worked on cars before I can see how someone would accept both prices without question. but I asked the mechanic, if you needed to jump start my car three times to get it in I would have had the same problem before I came in so I know that would mean the battery was so low it would not turn over the car in the first place and since we do not live in the Artic I do not need 700 cold cranking amps to start the car in 50 Degree weather. I do not know what kind of operation your running but its coming close to calling the attorney generals office and submitting a review request of your store in Mesa for Fraud and excessive price gouging.

Had 2 cars in for oil changes 1st car also needed 4 new tires Dropped off at 9:30am Wasn’t completed until 5:45 pm I’ve been going to this location for many years and this was my worst experience Was considering going elsewhere

It shouldn't take 2 hrs to do an oil change. Plus the person doing the work had np idea what he was doing, put the wrong oil in the first time. When paying the manager never made any apologies for the length of time "very poor"
By TTM | 6/4/2021
An hour and 45 minutes to change the oil, rotate the tires and replace the air filter only to find out they still didn't have the air filter. If I hadn't got up an asked what I was waiting for my 2:00 appt. would have gone til 5:00.

Extremely unhappy with treatment at Big O. Put over $3k in shocks, struts, brakes, alignment, tires on our BMW X3 in Nevada. Husband tried to get someone to look at the alignment and tire wear 3 different times, at 3 different locations in Mesa area, but was told either no time to look at it, you need new shocks (when hubby told them they'd done the shocks previously they backtracked), or we don't do alignments on BMW's. One of those times was at your location in Mesa. I took the car in myself, and was told that there were some bushings in the rear that was causing the tire wear, and oh, let us suggest you need new tires. The tires that were taken off previously had no unusual wear patterns on them. This leads me to believe that something was done improperly to cause this kind of wear, but no one wanted to even suggest that. Here, let's charge you for new tires, and these bushings. Extremely dissatisfied. Let me say that we will NEVER EVER do business with any Big O Tires, and will tell any and everyone we know to stay away. Ample chances to make it right, and massive failure.

Scheduled appt not honored, had to leave vehicle for 5+hrs rather than wait as expected, lack of interest &/or concern by employees & had to speak to 3 diff employees b4 getting a sub standard answer.

I would never go back to a big o ever again. Not one employee there should be in customer service and lazy.

I had a coolant flush at this location, the coolant level is very low, last time they said they added but the fluid seems like is still low even when my car is on a cold engine, however, I will go back next oil change so hopefully they can add coolant. I had an oil change at this location as well,It was a messy job because they did not worry about wiping off the oil from underneath the car when it was draining which dripped in my garage.

Went in for basic oil change and $800.00 and 3 hours later out of there. Never have I had and oil change and it smells like burning oil, never. Then we bought tires from you then they should still be under warranty but I had to buy a additional tire

Customer service when I went to pick up my care was very hurried. Preoccupied with people on the phone. My new tires were dirty. At first look was unsure if they were new!

Arrived early, associate checked battery quickly then took an hour plus to inform me what they found and another 20 to 30 min to complete. I was sitting in the lobby waiting when associate called me on the phone to communicate with me.
