I booked my appointment online. When I checked in the system had me scheduled for an hour later than the time listed on my email. There was no price given to me prior to the services being completed. My oil change and rotation was double the price compared to last time. When I asked about the coat after I paid I was treated liked an idiot. I come to Big O for my Rotation because I get my tires from here. I will no longer be getting any other services from Big O in the future, especially after the way I was treated by the staff.

They changed the price from the online quote to a higher price at the shop and said that's just an estimate. I choose tires online and asked for install , that price was 50 dollars cheaper than what they charged. I showed them online quote oh that's just an estimate.

My windshield got cracked and did not know it till I got home and the shade allowed t to be seen. Looked like a hammer hit it? The damage was obvious when you seen it. I don't know how it could have got by the mechanic, That didn't feel right. I took it back and Chris agreed it was their fault and it is getting replaced Monday afternoon.

Scheduled a tire rotation, balance, and alignment on warranty. When alignment was done the rear was in red (still out of alignment) and they said no adjustment on Honda Pilot to do this! But I told Mgr and and another employee I had rear adjuster installed. Big O employees were not truthful to me and it took them 2 hours to complete a quoted 30 minute job. Very painful experience.

Came in with 2 out of my four vehicles for oil changes. I intended to utilize a mailer coupon for oil change services. Was told that this location does not have the oil the coupon was good for. Okay! Agreed to the new price. Paid that price for vehicle #1. Then handed the keys for #2 and verified the price for the same services would be valid and given out-the-door and was told yes. Upon my return the price was approximately $6 more than agreed upon. After debate back and forth an adjustment was made to equation $5 vs. $6. Why all of the adjustments, non transparency, and not accepting the face value of your advertised ads?

I have handicap plates front and rear on my truck with a walker in the back seat and whoever parked my truck after service bypassed half a dozen parking spots one of which was a handicap spot next to the front door and parked it on the street the furthest away from the door you could it was 113 degrees, I was not impressed with your customer service, i will not be back and will inform everyone i know how you treat your customers. many thanks from a 76-year-old disabled senior.

Honor coupon or tell customer that service IS NOT going to be done. Appointment scheduled with $16.99 oil change, tire rotation, & lube scheduled. Upon arriving & checking in encountered an employee with an attitude. Inquired at that time about coupon details and was just "shrugged" off. Upon completion of service, inspected invoice, inquired about missing service (i.e. tire rotation & lube) also informed about an oil leak. 135,000 miles on vehicle, yes there is going to be drips! If it was that bad, I would not be driving it! Either way associate said that she would inquire with superior. Upon arriving back at service desk, I was handed invoice and left very discouraged with the professionalism at this location
