I will never use the Big O on Crisman in Mesa AZ again. I have used other Big O's and none have ever had salesmen lying to get you to sign up for an extremely high interest card. I called customer service and that guy was just as rude.

This visit was to trouble shoot why my front tires were bald after 7000 miles. It was determine that the alignment was not done properly. The tires were replaced and the alignment issue corrected at no fee to me. The team took care of me and put me back on the road. I appreciate the service.

Pros: Fast service, front end inspection performed when I didn't ask for it. Cons: Pay attention to the max pressure on tires. Check other sources for parts prices. i.e. KYB SS10474 your price, $219, Jegs price, brand name, $45. Other parts recommended had similar price gaps. Resolution: Offer to use customer parts, even if labor was marked up to compensate the company. I would accept a NO "parts" warranty on non-brand or knock-offs and 10% labor markup if the associated labor/install was at least warrantied. I would understand if "dan's parts" were not warrantied but if it has "KYB", it should be.

Brought my car in because it is squeaking when going over bumps. Suspension was replaced by big o in March. They drive it around and said it was good but it still squeaks and creaks when going over bumps. Also they replaced a TPS sensor that they had replaced in March. It's just a lot of time to be sitting around fixing (or not fixing) work they have already done.
