We're always treated well at this location. The guys listen to our concerns, look at our car's history when we come in and offer recommended services but don't try to push things on us that we don't need. We appreciate that and will return.

The employee at this location really take care of me when I come in. They've helped me multiple times and have helped get the best value and deal when coming in.

Only concern is pricing

Big o tires always does great work but today for some reason my car was left slightly on with the engine off. I’m glad my battery did not go dead

The tire pressure was incorrect.

Was disappointed it took over two hours to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. When I worked as a tire buster, I could get a LOF and 4x 235/75R15s done (mounted, balanced, back on the car) in about 45 minutes on my own, and that was just waiting for a bit of cooling after the car came in off the highway.

Everything went as expected and completed in a timely manor. Service was professional and courteous. All our experiences at this Big O have been great!

I had to get a tire patched in a hurry and couldn't find a place that was less than a 3 hour wait. I called in and spoke to Jeff Wright who told me to come in and they'll get me in right away....A tech came up to my car as I pulled in and asked if I was the one who needed the tire patch done quickly. They got started on it before I even checked in and by the time all the paperwork was done I was good to go and on my way. Excellent service and I'd definitely go there again even though there's many tire places closer to my house.

I brought in my car for brakes, alignment, and oil change. These were the original brakes on my car with 100,000 miles. The technician and counter person were honest with me and said that my rear brakes were fine, and that my front rotors did not need replacement. The quoted price is the price that I paid. I was pleased with the service and the time needed for the service to be completed.

Received great service from my first call to the replacement of my tire. The tire was not in stock but they ordered it and had me back on th Erlanger a few hours later as promised. I would definitely recommend Big O to others.
