The technician walked to my vehicle with the carpet and seat protectors before I left the parking lot. I was so impressed with the service today I brought over my Nissan Juke for an alignment and 4 new tires. I hope you give me the opportunity to provide you feedback on today's experience V/r Juan

When I arrived I was met by a customer service agent that I deal will regularly and was taken into the office where he asked how he could help me today. I needed something easy I told him, I wanted new wiper blades. BAM...he grabbed the correct blades and took them back to have them installed while we finished our business. He asked how my wife was since she was in earlier in the week.....getting to be like family there. I do have one suggestion to help with your service...get name tags for your "up front folks" so I can say hi to them by name. Keep up the good work!

Brought my 2004 jeep in for oil change, everything was great except when I got home and checked for leaks on undercarriage I noticed that the grease nipples had not been touched.I was a little disappointed as everything else was done to perfection. Called store supersivor and arranged to return next day for grease job.

We brought the car in for an oil change, and were informed we needed new shocks, so we said OK, it would take about 4 hrs so they gave us a loaner car. On the way to return the loaner, we had car trouble, that was ok if all had gone ok, However, the inside of the dash board was full of grease when opening the glove box it was broke. Then when we got home we noticed all 4 hub caps were full of grease.That did not make me happy, if they were that careless what about the job they did with the service we paid 900.00 dollars for.

Very bad service left van there all day sat and they did not do the correct job so i had to take time off and drop it off again on monday

Had no problems - except one minor one. Had 2 new tires put on my 5th wheel RV. Nice job but the tech. forgot to put valve caps on them.
