The experience at the crismon store was horrible. Not only did they forget about me sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car well after it was done because they filed my paperwork wrong. they mixed up my car with another car and didn't do the right work and instead of trying to fix the situation they basicly told me I was shit out of luck. Thanks to the big o on power and baseline though, they thoroughly fixed the situation and took great care of me after I called them about what happened at the crismon store. The power road store went above and beyond, the people at the crismon store could learn quite a few things from the guys at the power road store.

My worst experience at any shop in 25 plus years. After many return visits my tire was switched, but instead of nitrogen in the tire they use air. I drive past 3 other big o tires because I always received excellent service at this location. From this point going forward I refuse to go to this shop ever again. Here is a list of my problems. 1st my tire had a manufacturer defect. I missed the free replacement by 5 or 6 weeks. The manager was trying to explain it might of just happened or not. That doesn't bother me, just say I missed the free replacement. But why wasn't my tire inspected days prior when I had an alignment and rotation and balance? My 3rd time in I was told hour and a half before they could get my 1 tire. I don't think I need to wait 2 hour for 1 tire on my third visit. I went home, took the tire off and put on my spare and returned to the shop for my 4th time to bring in the tire to be replaced. If on my second visit this was done things would have gone smoother. So, my 5th time to the shop my tire was on my truck. I get home and I don't see the green valve cap on the tire. After 5 different trips 16 miles each time, over 70 miles total I will be going to the big o a mile away from my house to solve that and order tired for my blazer.

This was the second time I have come to your facility for service. The first time wasn't so great the second time was much better. The person that helped me the second time was very professional and what I appreciated was that he knew how the Cars program worked which made my experience much more enjoyable. The first time that I was there the attendant had no idea what the cars program was or what to do and it was very frustrating. The gentlemen that helped on my last visit was very friendly knowledgeable and made it a pleasant experience and to be honest he is the reason I will be back because if my second experience hadn't gone as well I wouldn't be coming back. I feel that all your employees that will be helping the public should be trained on the cars program and what it is so they can make people feel comfortable that they know what they are doing. Thanks again to the gentlemen that helped me I wish I could remember his name because I feel he is a real asset to your team.

When I got to big old Tire I asked them to please fix my tire because I had a nail in it after two and a half hours they told me it was ready to go got in my car the yellow light for low tire pressure was off went home in the morning it was on again. Low pressure tire had got to work tire was flat and Adair heard air coming out looked in the screw was still in or the nail was still in my tire very upset they didn't do anything to my tire except add some air you have now lost a customer and I am telling all my friends and family about my service

I was quoted a time when my service would be done and it was quite accurate. I was very satisfied with the service. I was just in for a flat tire repair and tire rotation

This is my 3rd visit with this store that they have tried to tell me I needed repairs that I didnt need. This time it was "you need upper/lower ball joints, both sides, Idler arm, pitman arm because they are old and completely worn out". The problem is, other than the Idler arm (which was worn), all the other components are brand new already, under 2 months old. I explained this to them and offered to come in and show them and the sales rep finally backed down and agreed only the worn part needed done. This is my 3rd visit in a row that this location has done this, not know that I am ASE certified. I have 3 vehicles that I have serviced here, and this is the LAST time I will take a vehicle there. If I would have been thinking, I would have installed cameras to catch their upsale discussions and would have posted it everywhere.

I asked if water would be added to , wipe bugs away when driving. Yes we do that . Will check fluids . Nothing was done . It makes me wonder the service I got with my oil, and if my tires were rotated. I will have to drive to another store to do any,work on my car .

Your guys are nice, helped me explain problems, etc. You charged wayyyy to fricken much. 1000$ to replace two engine mounts, and charging 500$ for labor? I looked up a youtube video, and someone changed ALL the engine mounts on the same car model, and It took 45 min. 500$ of labour is like 4-6 hours? Bullcrap. I wouldnt mind being charged two hours, but 5? I make 10$ an hour, nah, ripp off. Thanks for the help, but not coming back.

Staff is great at pointing out what is needed ir soon to be replaced. I always feel confident with their recommendations. I was in for my scheduled oil change and they brought to my attention two of my tires were defective and the sideds were splitting! Very scarry! I checked in having them replaced where I had originally purchesed them .... but why .... this was the second time they went bad. I then decided to have Big O tires replace them. The guys were great at Big O! Thanks guys.

I came in for a possible flat tire. We found two nails. The tire was damaged beyond repair. I have road hazard insurance on my tires. The tire was replaced at no cost for the tire. I had wrongly assumed that Road Hazard included the complete process - new tire from the tire company and installation from Big O. I was charged $41 for the mounting. I continue to get little surprises like this almost every time I go to Big O.
