Called for appointment on same day. Guy said 1 or 2pm. I said 1pm. Ok. Showed up 1250. Guy said my appointment was at 1:30. No. Not true. Else service was as expected. Cleaner than last visit. I won't share the tire scam of confusion going on with the salesman and some poor woman who just wanted tires. After he said all the confusing things to her, changed tire brands and prices, she said put her old tires on and walked out. I'd have done the same.

I was told it would take 1 and 1/2 hours. It wound up taking 4 hours.

Service was great. I am bringing my other car in today.

I purchased four brand new Aspen tires for my 2013 Ford Focus. I have had nothing but problems with them. Every time I go out of town my "check tire" light comes on. When I check the pressure it is always well below 20 PSI. The reason why I buy brandnew tires is so that I do not have to worry about them on long trips. Every time I take my car in I am always seen in a timely manner, however, I am always told it is the sensor that is bad and not the Aspen tires. My old tires NEVER gave me any issues. It is embarrassing to always be putting air in my BRAND NEW TIRES!! I was better off with my old ones. I feel that the "Aspen" brand is probably the cheapest tires out and are sold to unsuspecting customer's such as my self. I will NEVER purchase another tire from Big O. I have asked for new or different tires but I get denied every time. I use my car for business purposes and it is extremely embarrassing when I have a car full of potential investors and we have to stop in Wikiup to fill up my tires!! I had to drive to three different places just to find a working air compressor, all while the investors were in the car. Then I am putting air in my tire in complete work attire getting greasy AF looking like an irresponsible dip s@#^ because my car is not properly maintained. It is bad enough to have unreliable tires on my car when my seven year old little girl is in the car, but to have to see people who could have potentially invested in my company rent a car to get home because of my $%^& tires, is bull!! Beyond pissed at this moment. The next time the tire light comes on dash I will be taking my tires back in and not leaving until I get a different brand! I'll see you in a month!!

They try to understand the problem with your vehicle and work to correct it.

I brought the car in for a tire repair and rotation with specific instructions that's all we wanted. Then they performed an unauthorized alignment on the vehicle and now it pulls hard to the right. We even waited a couple weeks to see if uneven tire wear was causing the extreme pull. And they made my wife pay for the alignment which we never asked for or authorized plus the repair and rotation. Absolutely terrible job!

I used to bring my old vehicle in and everytime there was an issue whether it was my lug nuts being broken and nobody saying anything or my intake box being left wide open and nobody saying anything. I brought in my new vehicle this week and I had a much better experience from Brad

Worst store ever. They screw up an oil change and oil leaks all over my van and ruins my concrete driveway. And now they won't fix my driveway because I brought them an oil filter. That is nonsense. I bought the filter on my way there and gave it to them to put in. You are nothing but cheap cowards with no integrity. I am on Facebook and Twitter and yelp and telling everyone I know not to go there.

Big O is where I go!

Poor work service and poor customer service. You ruined my driveway with an oil change and now you won't fix what you did.

As you can tell from my rating customer service was excellent. We came in originally for a tire repair if possible & oil change. Got a call telling us we needed 4 shocks & 4 tires for $1,000. We had just purchased 2 new tires at the Big O in Show Low about 6 months ago so we said just 2 tires & shocks plus oil change so the bill was $746. A lot for us but did it anyway thanks to the Big O credit card deal. My husband is having health issues so couldn't come with me to pick our van up when it was done & I didn't notice how dirty all 4 tires were. He couldn't even tell which were the new ones. You might encourage your service men to clean them before sending the car out as complete. I know shocks are probable greasy but just a little more pride in their work would be good for business. The van did drive better with new shocks but true test will be when my husband can drive it. He's the man who knows!! Have a Happy 2017! Laurie McPhail

Wait times are still a bit of a problem. With an appointment, I was there for about an hour and 15 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. I will say this though; customer service is top notch and worth the wait.
