Big O Tires

Worst service ever. They ignore me after they ruined my driveway with oil after they screw up a simple oil change on my van. Is a nice clean driveway too much to ask? It was clean before you ruined it. So unprofessional and careless. Bad business.

I felt a little pressured with doing some of the work recommended. I would have like them to just stick with the service I came in for.

I went to cobblestone for lube and car wash, the attendant told me I had a issue with the front driver tire. So I took it to Big O. The crew at Big O took a look right away and told me what needed to be fixed. Then gave me a ride home while being repaired. Thanks for the excellent service!!!!!

We went in to Big O Tires on Crismon because of a flat tire with a piece of metal stuck near the sidewall.I wasn't too happy when my Michelin tire with 15K miles on it couldn't be repaired.However, Steve provided my husband & I with great customer service & knowledgeable information.Steve had the tire we needed that afternoon & we were on our way.Another happy customer.Thank you!

The service is great. Only miss was that my next oil change tag was not correct. I will stop by and they will correct it.

I would not recommend this store to anyone!! I dropped my trailer off for 5 tires paying over four hundred dollars. Your employees did a good job at changing them out however when backing to hook my trailer back up your employee dropped the hitch on my cord resulting in lights not working on one side. When I went back to have them look at them they said they were unable to fix as they don't have equipment. I asked if they were willing to pay for the fix if I took the trailer somewhere else and the manager Steve said he did not see how they were responsible. After stating my case he said to go ahead and he would pay for it. I think this should have been offered with an apology from the beginning! This creates more time for me to go somewhere and get lights fixed.

WELL THE WORK DONE ON MY CAR WAS GREAT I HAD TO BRING IT BACK THREE TIMES TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT AND ALL WAS TAKEN CARE OF BUT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON AND IS STILL ON AND I THOUGHT IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF WITH ALL WORK THAT I HAD DONE ON THE CARI NEVER GOT A REASON WHY THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON AND WAS ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS I HAD THE CAR IN FOR I PAID OVER 2.000 DOLLARS TO GET THINGS DONE BUT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STILL KEEPS COMING ON.IAM AFRAID TO DRIVE MY CAR CAN SOME ONE HELP ME AND GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF PLEASE.THANK YOU RALPH BECKER.NOT COMPLANING JUST WANT IT FIXED THANK YOU.RALPH BECKER.

Gabe, I am always pleased with the service that i receive and feel that your pricing, in most cases are fair. My only suggestion is, that your service person not call out your name from the service desk.That he step to the lobby area.With the TV going and many times multipule conservations going on, you can't tell who he us calling.It's just polite. Thank you.
