My worst experience at any shop in 25 plus years. After many return visits my tire was switched, but instead of nitrogen in the tire they use air. I drive past 3 other big o tires because I always received excellent service at this location. From this point going forward I refuse to go to this shop ever again. Here is a list of my problems. 1st my tire had a manufacturer defect. I missed the free replacement by 5 or 6 weeks. The manager was trying to explain it might of just happened or not. That doesn't bother me, just say I missed the free replacement. But why wasn't my tire inspected days prior when I had an alignment and rotation and balance? My 3rd time in I was told hour and a half before they could get my 1 tire. I don't think I need to wait 2 hour for 1 tire on my third visit. I went home, took the tire off and put on my spare and returned to the shop for my 4th time to bring in the tire to be replaced. If on my second visit this was done things would have gone smoother. So, my 5th time to the shop my tire was on my truck. I get home and I don't see the green valve cap on the tire. After 5 different trips 16 miles each time, over 70 miles total I will be going to the big o a mile away from my house to solve that and order tired for my blazer.

When I got to big old Tire I asked them to please fix my tire because I had a nail in it after two and a half hours they told me it was ready to go got in my car the yellow light for low tire pressure was off went home in the morning it was on again. Low pressure tire had got to work tire was flat and Adair heard air coming out looked in the screw was still in or the nail was still in my tire very upset they didn't do anything to my tire except add some air you have now lost a customer and I am telling all my friends and family about my service

Took a long time to complete the truck was on the rack for an hour with one tire on it and no one working on it. The wheels were dirty after the change, looks like technician dirty hand prints.

This is my 3rd visit with this store that they have tried to tell me I needed repairs that I didnt need. This time it was "you need upper/lower ball joints, both sides, Idler arm, pitman arm because they are old and completely worn out". The problem is, other than the Idler arm (which was worn), all the other components are brand new already, under 2 months old. I explained this to them and offered to come in and show them and the sales rep finally backed down and agreed only the worn part needed done. This is my 3rd visit in a row that this location has done this, not know that I am ASE certified. I have 3 vehicles that I have serviced here, and this is the LAST time I will take a vehicle there. If I would have been thinking, I would have installed cameras to catch their upsale discussions and would have posted it everywhere.

Staff was courteous and efficient. I told them what I was concerned about and was hesitant to purchase but they quoted me doable prices and expediency. I'm trying to keep going back to neighborhood businesses and I want to make my neighborhood Big O a place to go to.

I asked if water would be added to , wipe bugs away when driving. Yes we do that . Will check fluids . Nothing was done . It makes me wonder the service I got with my oil, and if my tires were rotated. I will have to drive to another store to do any,work on my car .

I am very pleased with the service offered by the team at Big O Tire on Crismon Road in Mesa.Both Steve and Pete took into consideration my needs to get to work on time as well as the safety of my driving with a car that needed some major work... it's hard to know who to trust in the world of mechanics and Car Care these days and I have consistently been pleased with the work and responsiveness of the team at Big O thank you

I recent experience having struts and shocks , rotating tires and balancing them took way too long. I was there for around six hours which caused me to not being able to take care of business that had planned. I was NOT happy about the extent of time to do the job. I am very satisfied customer and will continue to do business with you. I have confidence in your work. Just wish you could give me a one time "finish time". instead of getting it changed four times.

Your guys are nice, helped me explain problems, etc. You charged wayyyy to fricken much. 1000$ to replace two engine mounts, and charging 500$ for labor? I looked up a youtube video, and someone changed ALL the engine mounts on the same car model, and It took 45 min. 500$ of labour is like 4-6 hours? Bullcrap. I wouldnt mind being charged two hours, but 5? I make 10$ an hour, nah, ripp off. Thanks for the help, but not coming back.

Great customer service, every employee is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have always had to wait 1hour+ for each service even with appointments, which would be my only complaint . Every thing else is great!

I'm very happy with the tires and price that I paid. I recommendation was spot on and was happy that the sales person didn't try to sell me rims or other services. The only thing that kept me from grading everything a 5 was the wait time. Although I know an appointment might have made things run quicker, when I arrived the shop was not too busy and the sales person told me they would have me out of there in 1 to 1.5 hours, at the 2.5 hour mark they finally had my car on the alignment rack and told me my rear was out of alignment and would take only 10 minutes to square away. Almost and hour later I was paying my bill. I'm not sure if the mechanic doing the alignments is just slow or extremely meticulous, but I do believe only having one station for alignments and taking up to a hour for the job creates quite a bottleneck. Again, overall I'm very satisfied with the product, just believe the maintenance process could be streamlined for faster service.
